Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Louisville North

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Great location right across the Louisville river, it's very convenient. This place is very quite to get good slip. Very clean room & beds was really clean & comfortable. We also enjoyed nice & clean swimming pool. Also enjoyed breakfast in the morning, it was really nice. We loved our stay at this motel. We recommend this place & we will back & stay again for sure.

We got there around 7 pm I believe. We drove to University of Louisville from Ohio for a track meet. We had just eaten, and now we were ready for rest after a long day. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. They found out I was a veteran and thanked me for my service. One of the ladies was also a veteran, and I thanked her as well. When we got to the room, the bed was very comfortable. Even the pull out bed was big. That was a little awkward, as we had to high step over the corner of the pull out bed to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Other than that, the room was great. The continental breakfast was fine. The choices were scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, various cold cereals, juice, and coffee. You could also make the small waffles. Checkout is easy. Turn in the card and leave. My receipt is emailed to me. We will return again.

Staff extremely nice and friendly, pool and hot tub was great. Room was very clean and big, loved huge walk in shower. And check out being at noon was another super deal.

We stayed 1 night because we were going to have some post-op surgery at 7am at Metro Specialty. AGM George Lindsey attended to everything we asked for and was very professional at his job. Our room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was great.

This was such an amazing experience!!! I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it again and again, although this was my first stay! Firstly, I was warmly greeted by Abigail with the beautiful brown freckled face. She made me feel warm and welcome! They graciously honoured my AAA membership and I got a smol discount. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast🍳☕🍞 food was wonderful! They had so many options! Even offering almond milk along side regular milk. The room itself was both spacious and clean. The room smelled wonderful every time I walked in. I got to enjoy both the pool and jacuzzi, and although they also had a gym, I didn't make it there. I was immensely impressed that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash we're in large bottles! I have nothing but positive reviews about this place! Please give it a chance!!!

This location was very close to the Corvette museum where I and several others were there to visit and meet other Corvette chapter clubs. I love Marriott's to collect award points. I would stay there again! The location has a restaurant inside. It's time for a room renovation.

Have stayed in this hotel every time I'm in the area and it has been great! The staff is very friendly and does their best to answer any questions. They have a free hot breakfast ( which is great because a lot of hotels still don't after covid.) As a whole, the hotel is a little outdated compared to some of the new ones but it's very clean and well kept. It's in the perfect location if you are visiting downtown Louisville or even campus to see a student. This is always my preferred hotel when in the area!

location was great for access to downtown. the hotel was nice inside and rooms were great. the pool was a little small, but had a nice sitting area outside with it. the breakfast was great. lots of variety and everything was well stocked.

Pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was big and clean, the staff was friendly, parking was easy. The breakfast could have had additional options but overall it was good. Would recommend staying here if you are in the Louisville area.

We stayed here for 3 days the staff was very friendly, polite and willing to help or answer any questions. our room was very clean...I recommend this hotel it’s was clean ,quiet we had absolutely No Issues. I would stay here again if I had to come back to the area. Thank you for all you did to make are stay at your hotel so nice!!! Absolutely NO CIGARETTES SMELL!!!!!!!

I am a greyhound driver.(Operator peak.)And I really like how nice the front desk staff is.!!! What a great experience compared to the thousands of hotels I've stayed. I'll be sure to tell our Corporate office.

This place is actually pretty awesome. We had my son's 6th Birthday Sleepover/Swimming Party here. They let us use the lobby for cake and pizza. The kids swam for hours. Then in the morning had a great breakfast buffet. I would recommend this place to anyone. Con: I do not like firm mattresses and this one was definitely firm. Also you may need to ask for another blanket. And last con,when the couch bed is pulled out your blocked in the bedroom. You have to step over the corner of it which is right by the wall. I have definitely have a bruise on my leg from that because my legs are short and that wasn't easy for me. With that said i would definitely stay here again. The staff was AWESOME!!!!

Very nice stay for a 2 star hotel. Max at the front desk made a great first impression. He was super helpful and seemed to really enjoy his job. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was average. Location was very easy in and out to and from Louisville.

I really enjoyed our stay here! We flew in to see the Ark Encounter & the Creation Museum and this is a perfect location close to the airport!! The room was clean (except the cleaners missed emptying the beer from the fridge) but the staff was great! Very professional! There are several nearby locations to eat although it seemed busy so we ordered in and we got a great recommendation from the front desk. The only thing that could've been better would've been allowing the curtains to close all the way not just the see thru ones. The breakfast was good, my husband always enjoys when there's waffles. They need to add a kid friendly dry cereal though. Great price and good experience especially having Netflix. I would definitely recommend!

Desk agent India was a special "jewel". Our entire stay was exceptional. Look forward to repeat visits in the future.

Best indoor pool and hot tub around. Free hot breakfast. Large clean rooms. Even a fire pit and grill you can use for entertaining. They will even give you grill accessories, and board games to use during your stay !!!

Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice, the pool and hot tub were great, and best of all, every single member of staff we came in contact with was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else!

Other than feeling lost in a maze getting there ( lots of signs and driveways) it was clean, convenient to Louisville, and had everything we needed for business /pleasure trip . Stores are about mile away for anything forgotten. ( They have a convenience center, more choices at Walgreens)
Riverfront restaurants are close the other direction. ( King Fish was our poison of choice) super simple check in/ out. Only drawback, tried to get desk to add a night, ( told " No" ) had to go online and complete that way.
Otherwise staff helpful.. great stay .

Excellent stay while in Louisville for business. Cheaper than downtown Louisville, plus includes free parking and free breakfast. Easy short drive to downtown.
After my stay here, I noticed that I was charged more than I was quoted on my reservation. A quick call and talk to Kent at this Fairfield Inn resolved the issue. Great customer service, easy to solve issues. Recommended.
