AT&T Store

Excellent service all around. Mason Philpotat is outstanding in every way. He explained everything in a manner that I could understand, and took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered. I hope you know how fortunate you are to have such a conscientious, knowledgeable and personable employee representing your company!

I brought in a big project. Returning a phone, trading it in for a new one and using a third one for credit. Noah was patient, friendly and efficient. Jared was also friendly and available to help along the way with some of the complicated parts. There was no wait when I got there and I was helped right away. They were clear about explaining how my new billing will work and told me about all my deal options. Great customer service.

Mason Philpot save the day for Att I was very unhappy with AT&T in the beginning switching from T-Mobile. The mistake I made is I didn’t do it at the AT&T store even though I didn’t sign up with Mason Philpot. He was there to help me and explain everything even what couldn’t be explained to me by customer service, so kudos to him and he is a great addition to AT&T. Hope they recognize it.

We went into the store to upgrade three phones and worked with Noah. He was a pleasure - fast, efficient, and thorough. He got us in and out in less than an hour and did a fantastic job!

The manager and staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. This is hands down the best phone store I’ve been to over the years (and I’ve been to all the competition many many times!) These guys will keep me with AT&T.

I got my business phone from this store. Zach, Noah and the manager Jared are all so, SO helpful! Adding a line to my account was fast and easy and they helped make sure every need I had was fulfilled.

The Att store at Holiday Manor had two sales reps that were extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. This has not always been my experience here. Their names were Zach and Noah.. I guarantee this store is in good hands with them. They worked together very respectfully and were able to address and solve the problem I had.

Wonderful experience overall! Charles was a lifesaver when it came time to port my number from a previous employer and set up a new line of service for my cell and watch. He outfitted both items with the necessary accessories to ensure I didn’t miss a beat! Much appreciated!

Jared provided excellent customer service, above and beyond. I was frustrated with the 800# when i called. I then chose to drive to a store for TV assistance. Jared deserves a huge increase for his stellar customer support.

Want to thank the wonderful staff at the 4936 US Hwy 42 location, both employees were kind and professional. A special thanks goes out to Neena. Neena was our assistant, sale assistant, greeter, technician, comedian, and just a blessing in disguise. Never pushy, she let us ask the questions and provided the answers and suggestions needed in order for use to make our own decisions that we thought were right for us. Throughout the whole process Neena encouraged that we’d take our time, look at all the options, ask any question, don’t feel pressured to buy today. After a long time of contemplating what we wanted to do (actually it was I that took most of the time deciding) Neena walk both my mother and I through the steps on swapping out our phones to new ones and adding watches to our service. She basically did all the hard confusing work that I was dreading to have to do, made sure that we were comfortable with the swap, that we understood the process of being able to edit the watches, and made sure we understood the proposed billing with the new components, warranty and services. I have to say, I was dreading the day that it was going to take in order to help my mother upgrade phones and get a watch, and to update my phone but thanks to Neena’s great personality and help my mother and I had a great time and walked away feeling comfortable with our purchase and usage of our new devices. Thanks Neena.

Pat at Holiday Manor was unbelievably helpful, spending time updating our account. Giving us best values for my multi line account. Came in for update and left with the better price, better protection. Great personality and salesmanship. Might have left with 5 new phones if I had the money! Need more like Pat. Made my and husbands day after fighting traffic during Derby Week. This young men is going places!

Store manager Anthony Donnelly was the best. His service and willingness to help an older man like me who is technologically inept was greatly appreciated and won an AT&T customer for life! Thank you.

Pat (and everyone else at the store) were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The addition of a line and the purchase of a new phone went quickly and pleasantly. The store had good stock of phones and they presented me with plenty of options.

I popped in the store the other day in a big hurry on my lunch break to get a phone unlocked so I can give it to someone. I walked in there were no customers Neena was working look like she might’ve been training someone also Neena took control she called AT&T knew exactly what to do. Had my phone that had already been given to someone unlocked within 10 minutes Neena you rock AT&T you need more people like Neena I felt appreciated as a customer. The total experience was great thank you so much for helping me that day.

I had a fantastic experience. Brian was very helpful. He researched questions I had about my account and made sure I was getting the most for the money. He also helped implement changes and upgrades, and he took time to explain everything clearly. Because I carry 5 family members on my plan, his expertise and positive attitude made a big difference. Zack and Noah helped me set up the new phone I got from a phone insurance claim, which they also helped me file!!! Awesome experience!! Thank you AT&T!!!

Updated 12/1/18: Again, another excellent experience as we upgraded our phones. Thank you to Amanda who went over and above making sure we had everything we needed and allowing my teenager to contact her to directly to get set up. Really appreciate the service!

Excellent, excellent experience. We were looking to add a third phone to our Mobileshare account. George at the AT&T store was tenacious in finding the best deal and options for our family. Now we're paying the same for three lines that we did for two lines. So thanks, George. You made this experience great.
