Last Saturday I visited the local Kay Jewelers here in Flagstaff, AZ and this charming young lady approached me and we engaged in a conversation about an item I’ve been looking for. Her level of listening and the way she paid attention to details was extremely impressive. She took the time to search the specific crucifix I was looking for. It was like she read my mind. She found the one and we ordered it. Today, Friday I picked it up and I am beyond thrilled. This piece is gorgeous and in one word perfect. It’s been a handful of years that I’ve been looking for one and Kaitlyn hammered it. I’ve been a customer for years and believe me I will be a loyal customer for a very long time. My item came quick too, ordered it on a Saturday and last Wednesday I got an email that it was delivered at the store. Kaitlyn Thank you!! You made this holiday season that much more special. Came in to get my wife’s wedding ring looked at and cleaned. They noticed a loose diamond that another store had missed. Their attention to detail is great. And they’re always so friendly.

We had an amazing experience here with Aletha! She understood our needs and put together the perfect fit for us that though it was not custom, felt custom for us! We are both in our late 30s and just getting our life together and it was the greatest representation of that life together. Thank you thank you thank you! I am now a fiance yay!

My shopping experience here was fantastic! I received undivided attention well spending almost 2 hours, making my selection. I took my time and asked to look at several items. Wow, I was having a difficult time making a decision. Other customers came into the store and the woman Who is helping me very elegantly acknowledged the new customers while still making me feel as if I was the only customer in the store. I have shot for jewelry all over the nation, this was hands-down the best jewelry purchasing experience.

Walked, explained what I was looking for and the wonderful saleswoman helped me. She was informative and energizing. She made me super excited to give the beautiful jewelry to my sisters. Highly recommend!

Update, the mgr did call me and advised that she found my records and would like to assist with the service of an item. We discussed the issue, I took it in today. The mgr stopped for a moment to come over and to say thank you for giving them another opportunity. Thank you

More than once, sadly, I have been advised that this Kays cannot find my records for ANY of my Jared purchases. Jared, however, has stated that Kay's should have access to all my records. It appears I still need to go to the valley for warranty checkups and work. What a disappointment to find they are not nearly as associated as perceived.

Kay Jewelers did an absolutely amazing job with my ring! The staff was amazing. We had placed a costume ring to be made and when we were told by the jewelers that it might not be possible to have the ring made. Alberta and her team made it happen! Alberta and Farrah were so sweet, kind and flexible. They always made sure to communicate with my fiancé and I during this process. I love my ring!! They took my vision and made it a reality. This is the second time I've been in Kay jewelers (first for the engagement ring, then for the wedding bands) and I couldn't be more pleased. Bianca made the experience fun and her suggestions were very helpful. I will definitely give them more of my business in the future and if you want a great jewelry shopping experience I suggest you do the same.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at any jewelry store and any Kay’s! Alberta is the best store manager we have ever had the pleasure to work with she was very involved in the search to ring the perfect wedding band for my fiancée. We went through 3 different rings and tried different customizations to get exactly what my fiancée wanted to the smallest detail and the staff at Kay’s were so patient and helpful through the entire process to get us the perfect ring. Farrah started helping us and did an amazing job with all the advice she gave us and helped us so much! This Kay’s is the best Kay’s I have ever been to they are so helpful, patient, kind, fun, and hardworking to get you the ring of your dreams. They made a big branch store seem like a small town store with amazing prices and couldn’t have made our experience any better. Thank you so much to Farrah and Alberta for all the work and patients you guys did on our wedding band!

The staff here are incredible! I got my ring sized and repaired through this store for my anniversary. The website and google hours still showed their Christmas opening times so I came unfortunately right as they closed . They were very helpful and allowed me to pick up my rings. Thank you Kays! The manager is also excellent to work with! Love their care and how they look out for their customers.
