Sydney Porter was very helpful and patient with my Mom and I while guiding her regarding her options in a medicare preferred plan. She made sure to take note of all her prescribed medications, her current primary care and specialty physicians so that her medical needs would be met with the plan she currently has. She explained to my Mom and I all the options my Mom has and took the time to do additional research so that all pertinent facts were considered. I appreciate Sydney's time, her conscientiousness nature and her dedication. I am very happy we were able to work with her during this time as medicare was not always easy for us to understand.
