The UPS Store

I have been to many UPS Stores in the area and this one blows the others away! The store is so much nicer and cleaner than the chesterfield and zumbehl locations. The parking is far superior to those locations the staff is far superior the layout is far superior EVERYTHING IS BETTER AT THE NEWTOWN LOCATION. I am so happy I will never have to use the other locations ever again!

New Town location- So convenient as I could park very near the door. Staff friendly and professional. Much much easier than getting to the Bogey Hills location. And even if they are busy they are large enough you wont have to stand in line outside (as I’ve had to do at the at the Bogey location).

I used to have to take my Amazon returns to the bogey hills location and it was kind of an inconvenience to have to go out of my way. I was super excited to see the signs announcing a new store opening. This store is in the perfect location and I'm glad they're open now! I've been there twice so far and it's always fast and professional!

Truly incredible customer service. Elisa was a hero. We came in with the most annoying packing job known to man and the team were so kind to us, really went above and beyond. Thank y’all so much.

I had a massive rug that i was returning through amazon, but the packaging it had come in was ripped and couldn’t be shipped back without fixing the packaging. The employees sat on the floor with a tape gun and taped my package back together to make it shippable. Everyone at this store location was so helpful and friendly!

I absolutely love this UPS store! I frequently need to ship large packages for my employer, and the team ALWAYS offers to help in any way possible. This is my go-to UPS store :)

Had legal paperwork to notarize and then send out of state. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.
