I emailed Sarah that I needed some additional jerseys for a tournament that was 2 weeks out. I knew that we may not have gotten them in time but Sarah told me she'd do everything she could to get them to me before the tournament. We received them the day before. Sarah was attentive and followed up like she said.

I run local fastpitch softball teams and have been using Big League Sports for uniforms the past 3 years. I have had no issues with the material, the customer service team is amazing and always willing to help. The design team that works with updating my uniforms each year does great work. Anytime I need to stop in and discuss something in person Jason, the owner, is always friendly and is very involved giving knowledgeable advise since its not my area of specialty. The uniform quality and staff is so much better than the nightmares I have dealt with in the past. I will continue using them for years to come.
