I want to share the absolute amazing experience I had with Clay's representative Austin Linton. Not only did he make my transition to State Farm effortless and seamless, he was cordial, understanding ,and listened to every question and concern I had. Austin really displayed actions to let me know he had MY best interest in mind when assisting me. Austin let me know every feature State Farm offered to make my insurance holder experience easier from day in to day out. I really can't thank him enough for helping me make the switch by myself away from my parents insurance to my own as a young adult.THANK YOU. I highly recommend this insurance company.

I switched my insurance to State Farm last year and Clay Robinson has an amazing team helping him over there. Austin Linton is a rock star and saved me a boatload of money on my homeowners and auto policies (with better coverage).

As a real estate professional, Austin is my go-to insurance guy that I refer every client to. Clay and his staff are awesome. Always friendly and inviting, whether over the phone or in person. Clay helped me set up a life insurance policy for my newborn son. He explained the concept of insuring my child's insurability, as well as providing me with a gift to give him later down the road! Highly recommend this office. Not just another insurance company.

Best agent in Louisville!! Convenient location, always answer the phones, and anything you need they’re on top of it. I have properties in two states, and my other agent for my properties in a different state is nothing compared to Clay’s office! I have been with Clay Robinson State Farm for over 10 yrs now. I suggest not wasting your time to try to find better rates in the area, bc 9/10 you aren't going to! I absolutely adore Mary Hebel in the front office. She is kind, funny, helpful and does a great job at making YOU feel like you're not just a cog in the wheel of corporate America. I have found that you don't get this same experience with other insurance companies! I recently bought a new car. I emailed Mary to get quotes as I needed to insure the car quickly to transfer the title. She emailed them to me within minutes. She then sent over my temporary cards all within 20 mins.
