Every time I eat here I feel fantastic afterwards. They take pride in serving fresh food with fresh, real ingredients and your tummy will thank you for it. Highly recommend

Today's Biriyani was absolutely delicious! I have tried Biriyani in almost every Indian restaurant in the town, by far this is the best and most authentic! I love Hyderabadi Biriyani. Never got bored eating biriyani from here. Both quantity and quality is very good. If you like it spicier, let them know while placing the order! Staff is really nice and friendly!

This is the best Indian food I’ve had in Louisville, maybe In the whole US! I ordered veg samosas (which were quite big), garlic naan, and chicken tikka masala, and the flavors were incredible. The prices are a bit different than the pic on the menu, but so so worth it. You can’t dine in, it’s only take out as of now. Seriously do not miss out on this place. I don’t usually write reviews, and I felt that strongly about this one that I just had to write one.

Are you kidding me!!!??? I can't say this is the real deal because I've never eaten in India. But I lived in an Indian neighborhood in SE Asia and this reminds me of the best of the restaurants there. More than reminds me, the food at Apna Cafe is the absolute bomb! I've tried at least 6 Indian restaurants in Louisville and none of them come close to being this good. Enjoy!

I came across this place on Google Maps while looking for reasonably priced Indian food after moving to the area. Wasn't having much luck until I came across this place on Google Maps, tried it and I'm happy I did.

Food is absolutely delicious and worth the price. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Where to start here. We eat at this place at least twice a week.

This is the best Indian authentic food in USA. And yes, I am not kidding. The chefs are genuine. The owner Venu is excellent. The food is lip smacking good. Perhaps even better than India some times. Would recommend authentic non veg appetizers and curries.

Garlic naan: fresh. Eat there you won’t need a curry for that even.

Biryanis are phenomenal and quantity are generous.

I have probably tried resturants in nearly all states , no where you can find such genuine food. This is to die for.

One recommendation to the owner, please get the dine in ready, people just can’t get enough of the food.

Wow. Just wow. Don't let the cafeteria-ish atmosphere throw you off, this place is outstanding. By far some of the best Indian fare in this city. The Kadai Chicken, Palak Paneer, and garlic naan were all amazing.

Tried for the first time today for lunch!! I definitely recommend. The chicken biryani was amazing. 10/10 great place to get lunch.

Fried rice with chicken pickle crazy combination, food quality and taste is good.

Authentic Indian food, and I've eaten it around the planet. Deliciously spiced for taste and heat. We ate the Gobi Manchurian, Veg Korma, and Chicken Curry...all fantastic! It will be a weekly lunch spot for me now.

And for a bonus, it's attached to their great grocery store.

Food was very tasty and delicious. We placed party orders couple of times, food quality was excellent. We all enjoyed the yummy food!

We catered from Apna Cafe today for a graduation party and the food was absolutely amazing. This was the second time for us and we are so happy we returned.
