KY Hearing Clinic

The level of knowledge, care, and professionalism at KY Hearing Clinic exceeded my expectations on my first visit, and continues each time I have an appointment. I work with Dr. Katie Austin, and highly recommend her to anyone who has, or needs a Cochlear Implant!

I go to Dr. Katherine Robertson in Holiday Manor. She is an excellent. Audiologist, and I have also had great service with my hearing aids over the last several years. I would highly recommend her!

I made an appointment for my husband to see Dr. Proctor. He has been to several hearing centers and spent a lot of money for hearing aids that did not work. Dr. Proctor took the time to explain to us how hearing aids actually work, and how hearing is connected to our brain. She recommended the hearing aids she thought were best for him, and we are seeing some improvement ( He's only been wearing them for a month). Dr. Proctor is very patient and very kind. The staff at the Hearing Clinic are all very nice and patient. I highly recommend the Hearing Clinic. They are not just selling hearing aids. They actually specialize in hearing loss and recovery.

Absolutely the most talented ,well trained Audiologists in Louisville .I received excellent service and was confident with their virus protection protocol .I was disappointed that I do have some degree of hearing loss but glad I made the right decision to go in for the testing.

As a lifelong (30 year) user of hearing aids, I first came to KY Hearing Clinic in December of 2016 to start the process of getting new hearing aids. At my initial appointment I was asked whether I was familiar with and/or had considered a cochlear implant instead. (They would have helped me find the right hearing aids, but I was a better candidate for the implant and would receive a much greater benefit from them.) I was familiar with implants, but had never seriously considered them and hadn't researched them in years. Dr. Austin talked with me about the pros and cons, what I could reasonably expect, and answered my questions without ever suggesting that it was anyone's decision other than my own.
By January 2017 I had decided to get implanted in one ear, and the surgery was performed 3/16/17 at the University of Kentucky. My experience has been wonderful, Dr. Austin and the other ladies at KHC have been terrific to work with, and I truly cannot say that I have ever worked with better people across my 30 years and many audiologists.

I am very impressed with the staff at Ky Hearing Clinic, particularly Dr. Katherine Robertson. She is very thorough with everything she does and because of her I just purchased new hearing aids.
