While I have a great Doctor now, I saw Dr. Moore for 12 years. I was heartbroken when he retired but I understood. He had the best bedside manner of any physician in my life!! I wish him the best in his retirement.

Dr. Moore is one of the most ethical doctors you will ever meet. Along with his knowledge, experience, education and integrity he is the best of the best. He is humble, kind, listens, and will do what it takes to take care of you and provide you with quality care. I am from a medical family my father was a physician for 58 years. He hand picked all the doctors to provide care for his wife and me before his passing. Dr. Moore was the first on his list. He knew that having Dr. Moore as our primary care physician that any medical needs required would be directed by the best doctor in Louisville, KY being Tom Moore MD. Thank you Dr Moore for your services over the past 20 years to my family. You are one of a kind. THE BEST OF THE BEST. A true example that all doctors should strive to be like.

We love Dr Moore! He is a great Doctor along with very personable his bed side manners are amazing. He truly cares about each one of us! His staff is equally as great always kind and caring.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore's for almost 18 years. My last experience will be my last. I took the day work because I was feeling very fatigued. I needed to refill my thyroid medicine and called to schedule an appointment. They informed me that he was not in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays. I asked if they would call me in a refill until I could reschedule an appointment. They said no. I asked if they could schedule me with another doctor in the office or simply have another physician review my chart and call me in a handful of pills until Dr. Moore returned. They said no. So then I asked if they could reach out to Dr. Moore and see if he would authorize A refill until he returns. I was informed that they would message him and that he checks them periodically throughout the day. Five hours later I still heard nothing. So I called the office once again and said I find it hard to believe that he hasn't answered his messages in five hours so that leads me to believe that in the next three hours before you close I'm not likely to hear anything either. I asked the nurse why is it that I can go to the immediate care center who knows nothing about my history and they will write me a prescription today and treat me and my own doctors office of 18 years will do nothing to help me. Her response was that may be your best bet. Wow! So I let her know that I will be by the office to retrieve my medical records and seek a new physician. I received no call from the office manager and no apologies, Simply here's your records and good luck. Maybe it's just me but you call on your trusted physician to help you when you are ill not to give you the runaround and make things worse I am dumbfounded.I wasn't asking for a narcotic simply the same thyroid medication I've been on for the last 10 years. I don't know if something has recently changed in the office but it will be no longer someplace I call when I need help.
