La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Louisville East

We stayed 2 nights with 2 adults and 4 children. We checked in early with no problems. Used the swimming pool and was promptly met with fresh towels. Rooms were clean, fridge was nice. Location is very nice with Sam’s a small walk and lots of dining options nearby. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Great place to stay and convenient. The property/rooms were very clean and the free breakfast was very good. The front desk was especially helpful and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a week while we waited to get into a rental. Everyone was so nice and understanding. The location was convenient and we felt safe the entire time.

Every staff member I saw was friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & quiet. We will be back.

Great and friendly staff. Very clean hotel and rooms. Beds are comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is good and fresh, nothing old or stale. We stayed here on our way for vacation and liked it so much that we decided to stay again on our way home. This is one of the better hotel we have stayed in. They also allow pets at a reasonable rate. Dog area is very well cleaned and maintained.

Rooms are very clean and breakfast was very nice. A hidden gem and definitely would stay here again.

Two queens were exactly what you would want. Room was able to cool down to 66. Breakfast was a standard continental with eggs, sausage, waffles and cereal. Inside pool was open however not warm.

I travel over 100 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties. The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. The lobby and common areas were clean and odor free. I always reserve through the Wyndham app, so check in went smoothly and my room request near an elevator was no problem. My room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. All the stated amenities were in place, such as the microwave, in room coffee and small refrigerator and the lighting was excellent. The hotel does have multiple luggage carts, a guest laundry, workout area, small "store" with sundry items and an indoor pool. My air conditioner/heater worked quite well. The television had a great selection of channels and a good picture. The breakfast is as good as about any hotel breakfast, just lots of carbs I can't have, sadly. If I'm in the area again for work I'll certainly consider this hotel.

Recently updated and beautiful. Spotless. Staff is exception. Good breakfast. Well priced. Right off the interstate in a good, safe location

Great place for the price! Clean, simple, attractive rooms. Comfy beds. Very nice staff. Breakfast is ok, but 24hr coffee and little snack shop are nice. This is our second stay here, each for about a week. Would stay here again.

We came down to visit family for the day. The room was nice and clean. The lobby area is very nice, bright & welcoming. The staff was friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the indoor pool was a little small but the kids still had fun. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this location 2 yrs ago. Most recently, it was even better than I remembered. Everything was clean and my room smelled fresh. I was allowed to bring my cats! The staff was so helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Great value for the price. Very clean and new rooms with new furniture and upholstery. There is not a hint of smoked in smell in the lobbies or the rooms. Nothing fishy, no bugs.
The hotel lobbies were pretty much spotless. I'm giving this place 5 ⭐ because it's better than any other Wyndham hotel I've stayed in.

ONE SMALL CAVEAT: The water pressure is very very low. Remember that episode from Seinfeld?
You can tell it's been intentionally regulated because there are no spikes in water pressure. Plus the water saving shower head and toilet.

I suggest you should collect a plunger from the reception when you check in because the John will clog if you flush more than one square of TP at a time. 🤣

Also, plan on spending twice as long in the shower because the soap does not want to rinse off.
Does having to flush twice and spend twice as long in the shower better for the environment or equate to any real water savings?
I dunno. 🤷‍♂

Great little spot. We had an event at the Louisville Convention Center, and this was a little farther than I intended, but I would absolutely choose this again. The downtown area near the convention center, is urban and ugly. Not the kind of area you want to walk around at night with your kids. This hotel was a nice surprise. It's very new looking. In fact, the whole area looks new. There's at least a half dozen restaurants, fast food or sit down, that are across the street and easy to get to. The hot continental breakfast was pretty good. Good variety of choices, with pastries, bagels, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, juice and coffee. This is only about 15 minutes or less from the convention center, and a much nicer area. It's worth the short distance to travel.

The workers are very friendly and seem to enjoy working there. Anytime I saw them, even if they were just coming off of an elevator they were smiling. It was very clean and neat in the lobby, with great interior design and a thoughtful color scheme. Their coffee was delicious, though it could have been stronger, and though items you could buy in the lobby were pricey (2.75 for a pop, 4.00 for a small chocolate milk, and 3.00 for a bag of Skittles) it was made up for in the affordable, yet clean and spacious room. I liked swimming in their pool, the temperature of the room was warm enough to enjoy the cool water, though it is currently winter. Even though the pool was smaller compared to Springhill Suites Marriott, it was relaxed and we'll decorated with a color-changing LED light that gave the room that extra POP. The only small change I would have made was the fact that there was a sex scene playing on the TV, though it was not graphic, you could still tell what was going on and the volume was on loud enough to be heard throughout the lobby. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on a budget, especially with children, as the pool is enjoyable for all ages.

It was a nice hotel with a microwave and fridge. The room was cleaned and the ladies that helped with room were polite. The breakfast was basic and good American standards. The elevator is a bit small but it's a short hotel (3 stories) so no problems waiting.

In Louisville for short visit and have had good experiences with LaQuinta. Cannot say enough about the friendly service. Room was very neat and clean. There was an indoor pool, but our time did not allow to enjoy. They are very close to restaurants.and free-way. Will return
