Discovered Bliss while in the middle of moving from Nashville to Louisville. Our home was just finished being remodeled, so we were in need of furnishings. With the help of Kimberly our in store designer and Kera the manager we were able to purchase an exquisite round bar and a three piece set for the sun room, and a round metal table for the kitchen. Bliss pricing is wonderful! Awesome designs and workmanship is fantastic! Kimberly gave us the time to look around the showroom(honestly think we looked around for about 2 hours) and was more than happy to answer questions and check on the availability of the items. Happy to assist us on their delivery, and save us money whoever she could ( without us even asking ). I recommend Bliss to anyone in the market for furnishings. We have since returned several times and made purchases.

Purchased the items in the pics- metal art work over the bed, the “all metal” console was purchased to use as a dresser or chest for clothes. I wanted the bedroom to be very modern and “different”. Purchased the area rug for the entry way of my home. Had never been to Bliss! Sooooo happy to say “I checked them out”. Furnishings that you don’t find in other stores! Unique looks and pricing that is far below what I expected. Availability was great and delivery was done on time and with care. My Bliss designer; Kimberly could not have been better!! She was a life saver! She gave me the time to look, made suggestions (which I needed). Very happy with the results!
Have been back to Bliss and made purchases… making sure Kimberly was there to help me. Referring people I know to Bliss that are in need of updating their homes.

My wife and I have ordered several pieces of furniture from Bliss. We have been completely satisfied with the price and quality of these pieces. Just had a large media console delivered and placed in our basement this week. The delivery crew, Brad and David, were friendly and made sure the piece was delivered without scratching it or our walls. We will definitely be back to purchase more furniture from Bliss.

Great showroom with lots of options. All staff were very helpful, not pushy, gave us space and time to browse. We worked closely with Kimberly and she was wonderful! All our questions and concerns were addressed. Delivery was well organized and scheduled quickly. Very happy with our experience and will be sure to return!

This place was like a hidden gem. We loved their furniture selection and look forward to future visits. The staff was very attentive and we never felt pressured. They even had an arcade system which kept our kids occupied while we shopped.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Bliss Home in Westport Village, Louisville, Kentucky. I recently sold my home of 24 years and down sized to a condominium. I was in the market for some new pieces of furniture to make my new place a real home for my daughter and myself. I also wanted to purchase pieces that would be welcoming to family and friends. I had a vision . I entered the door for the first time and was given time to browse and investigate before I was greeted by a warm “ hello May I help you”. This was Kimberly . She became my guide through the showroom. I returned to Bliss 2 more times and each time Kimberly was there to assist me . She helped me take photos, measure, map things out. We did groupings, and color and fabric matching. She even worked with my very good friend to help me when I had to run to carpool. She is a true asset to this company. I never felt pressured or rushed . She gave me her honest opinion and really took time to get to know me and my wants . My third time in I made my purchases . Two warm and cozy sofas and 4 swivel chairs . All items were delivered by an excellent delivery team within 2 weeks. I am so proud of my new home and very thankful to Bliss Home for having the very professional and caring staff that you do. Furniture is an investment and I thank you Kimberly for investing your time and attention into me.

Kimberly was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and kind when helping us find a perfect couch for our home. She was great with communication and there was even bourbon at the store! Everyone needs a Kim when they are looking for furniture. Thankful to bliss furniture and Kimberly for helping us find the right fit.

We love Bliss! The quality, comfort, and design of the furniture they offer is truly unique. The staff members don’t pressure you, and they let you take your time walking around the shop. Sally was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She let us take home fabric samples so we could see them in our own home to help us select the fabrics and colors. We purchased a low profile couch, matching storage ottoman, zero gravity chair, and a rug. We love all of our furniture from Bliss! We will definitely work with Sally and her team in the future!!

I have been working with a designer from Bliss named Michael P. He has been wonderful. I have no confidence in my design or decorating abilities. He has been very patient and helpful with offering advice on layout, colors, and textures vs patterns. I appreciate his help.

I've absolutely loved my experience working with Bliss Home Furniture! They made it so easy for me to match pieces I already own with things from their store-- and there were so many options for customization! I worked with the amazing interior designer there named Lee Farris and she surpassed all of my expectations. They made shopping for furniture FUN and their customer service is unmatched! I highly recommend Bliss for all of your home furnishings and decor! ❤

Mackenzie with Bliss Home did a very nice job helping me pick several pieces of furniture for our home. She kept everything straight as we discussed many options and picked very nice fabrics and pieces. It was so nice walking into a furniture store where they warmly greet you and generally glad you are there! I did not have the same experience in another furniture store, recently. I was looking for a few cozy, reasonably priced, and long lasting items for our nursery. The staff at Bliss Home listened to what we were looking for and were incredibly knowledgeable about their products without being overbearing. A big plus — they pampered this very pregnant mama each time I was there. So refreshing! The ability to check out samples also helped me determine what worked best for our needs. The delivery was faster than expected. And the delivery guys were so thoughtful and helpful in getting the rug (softest ever) and chair (locally made!) just where they need to be! I will sing the praises of Bliss Home for a long time!

Happy to have found Bliss! The store’s color palette is definitely to my taste and I received the absolute best care from Pam! She went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of including a nice glass of white wine. I am also quite pleased with my purchase and look forward to going back for more items.

She worked diligently to ensure that we were pleased with all aspects of our furniture purchases. Our table was broken when delivered. David and Brad delivered our dining room furniture today. They were wonderful. Very professional and polite. They did a great job. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the Bliss employees. Nice store but lacking in customer service and communication once you make the purchase.

I recently purchased a sofa and two chairs from Bliss. I am very pleased with the service I received from the sales associates, and the furniture is of very good quality. The pieces are beautiful and are just what I envisioned to give my room a casual, coastal feel. I will definitely shop at Bliss again.

I recently purchased a bed from Bliss and absolutely love it! Lee Farris helped me select the right bed to suit my style and budget. I never felt pressured to buy. The bed was delivered on time and assembled by the delivery team. Truly a Five Star experience.

LAURIE exhibited the upmost professionalism and was extremely helpful in helping me find the right bed for my home. I immediately connected with her because she is not a pushy sales person and made me feel comfortable. Very informative and helpful. Bed is high quality and looks lovely in the guest bedroom.
