My husband and I recently had a fantastic experience purchasing a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee for our teenage son from Jim's Motors! To be honest, my husband and I were sort of dreading purchasing a used car because we just don't really like the car-buying experience, but we were pleasantly surprised with Jim's Motors! We saw a car online and made an appointment with Scott. He was very responsive in communication, and when we arrived, he treated us well and was very genuine in our interactions. Recently purchased a 2014 Rlx and am very satisfied with the experience.. had an issue with the car a few days after I bought it and took the car back to them. I am Very knowledgeable of Acuras as I’ve owned many before this and when I came to them they did not dismiss my claims/issue and wasted no time taking me down to their mechanic and had me explain the issue directly to the shop. The mechanic they used did not find/solve the issue so they sent my car to a Honda/Acura dealership (no cost to me) and returned it to me with the issue solved and so far so good. Andy and Mike were very professional and honest and would definitely return in the future for another vehicle if I was to get another one.

These guys are rock stars. Scott and Andy were phenomenal to work with. My car is AWESOME! The sales process with Scott... AWESOME! The finance process with Andy... AWESOME! I couldn't ask for anything better. The fact that they exclusively use Credit Unions to finance is fantastic! If you need a nice pre-owned car and the right experience and environment to do it within, then this is the place and people to do it with. I highly recommend them 100%. Thank you Scott and Andy!!!

Jim's Motors was such a great choice for purchasing a used car for our high school daughter. Scott & Andy were professional, friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Great place to buy a car Scott was very informative over the phone and helped me get my dream car secured. I wasnt from the area so i was a little nervous buying from a longer distance but as soon as i showed up i was greeted with a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable. Sabrina got my paper work ready and done super quick i didnt have to wait hours like i have before at other dealerships took nothing but about 10 minutes. All where very fun people to talk too including Mike the previous owner thank you guys for selling me my dream car. It was an excellent buying experience would definetely recommend buying here there cars are in AMAZING condition and great people.

This small dealership was suggested to me by my wife as she purchased a vehicle from here. As well as her daughter just a few years back. As for me the timing was pretty spot on since they had a Chevy Silverado there that seemed as if it was waiting for me.

Great place to buy a car or truck. Why do you ask? 1. Pure honesty from this family owned business since 1954. 2. Every vehicle on the lot is in solid condition inside and out (these guys know what they are buying). 3. Value! Best prices in the Phoenix surrounding market by comparison. 4. No pressure sales or bundled package you are forced to buy (ex: Yates Buick forced us to buy their Yates package $995 when we bought our 2015 Lexus and then we were assaulted by the guy who sells you the 3 year warranty for $2,000). 5. You are working directly with the business owner Andy, and the one and only sales associate Scott. Wonderful guys🙂!! Overall, best experience my husband and I have ever had buying a car. The easiest and quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Took a test drive before work. Submitted a credit application and left. Scott took care of all the rest. I got a call an hour later that I was approved and picked my car up the next morning. I spent less than 30 minutes in total in the office filling out paper work. Highly recommend choosing Jim’s motors for your next car buying experience!

Scott was our salesman he was very friendly and very nice. They had the Carfax ready for us and made us a copy. They also have some nice used cars for sale.

I cannot begin to express how happy I was with this dealer. After Peoria Nissan completely screwed me these guys got me out of a terrible car situation! The process was quick and the asking price on the truck I got was below blue book value. The truck itself is super clean! I am a customer for life I will never ever buy a car anywhere else these guys are my guys forever! I’ve never ever been happy buying a car but now I know anytime I need a vehicle these guys will take care me me beyond my expectations. Seriously. I am a very very happy customer.

It's been about a week since I purchased my Jeep from Scott and Andy over at Jim's motors and I am FINALLY getting out from behind the wheel to write this review.
I am SO pleased with this purchase. Scott made the whole process from driving to financing super easy! This being the first car I've bought from a lot and not an auction site, I was really nervous about the whole process, and Scott showed me almost immediately that there was no need for worry. I didn't feel an ounce of pressure the whole time and could tell he genuinely just wanted me to get into a car I enjoyed.... and he hit that nail right on the head!

Will be recommending Jim's Motors to all of my friends looking for a quality used car, and cannot wait to go back and see them again soon for my wife's next vehicle!

I am very happy to write this review because not only did I have an exceptional experience at Jim's motors with my salesman Scott but also because it's very rare to find this level of knowledge, customer service, intelligence and professionalism at a car lot these days. My previous vehicle had been stolen on September 8th 2021. There had been a lot of drama with my insurance company to the extreme of being offended by their lack of all the above mentioned services I was so blessed to experience at Jim's. When asked for a good car lot with honest prices and salesman with integrity I will recommend Jim's every time and definitely do a name drop for Scott! Here's to riding with my top down!

Was extremely happy with purchasing my vehicle from Jim's.
I was fortunate enough to deal with Scott who was very helpful and courteous. I am from out of state and they met me at the airport with the vehicle to test drive back to dealership. Was able to fill out paperwork and pay and out the door on the road in minutes. The experience is what it should be when purchasing a vehicle. Would do it again!

The experience was beyond great. I saw the vehicle online I wanted. Within an hour I had a buyer's order and the deal was done. Drove 5 hours to pick up the vehicle paperwork to 30 minutes and we headed home with my new vehicle.
