99 Cents Only Stores

In spite of the location this is the best 99cent only locations in Phoenix. Albina is a fantastic manager running an awesome crew. They have always been helpful in my shopping adventures ( for me its an adventure because I have never been the one to shop for food and household items pretty much my entire life ). They help me all the time, even if they are on task they put the customer first, which is rare these days. I have been customer facing for a long time and it can be challenging to wear a happy helpful face when there are so many challenges we go through in our personal lives. I just wanted to single Albina, her ladies and gentlemen and let them know I am appreciative, and hopefully somebody from corporate or wherever will read this and show their appreciation as well. 5 BIG STARS!!

Incredibly impressed with the level of service our cashier Sarah provided. She cleared her aisle quickly, checking out every customer with speed and care. All while handling a call from another customer and proceeding to follow through on her promise to the person on that call.

This store continues to amaze me with the varietyof items available to me to include pillows, pillowcases, sheets, blankets and fresh food at a fair price.

The best part of this place is Melinda. She is courteous and is always working hard. I can't believe the prices and they still have the nerve to call it a 99 cents only store.

I love this store, I am disabled and the staff here is very helpful. The produce is usually fresh and variaty

This 99 cents store is on Glendale Ave n 51st Ave ( I think) it's a good one. The only thing that would make it perfect .is if everything was 99 cents....

1 Word I would like to describe this store in French.

MAGNIFIQUE ! ! !

Almost everyday, I come to this exact store as it's the only one around my neighborhood I prefer going to as I feel most comfortable being here. The weather was around 109°F with a humidity of 22% which can be quite dangerous yet dreadful for anyone that's out in this heat but I adore the heat as it doesn't bother me one bit and totally awarding to walk inside this place.

Some people may have complaints being here due to the workers and some of the foods not being ripe and or spoiled but that occurs in any store you go to including a Fry's and Walmart so don't expect businesses to be perfect.

There are a few pointers I want to share why I adore this 99c Store more than any other 99c Store for a purpose.

- The workers are extremely friendly and patient to you and one of the managers even help you if you need a small grocery cart to carry your groceries. This also goes for the ones I've met that are Turkish, Arab, and even Mexican as I speak a little of Turkish, Arabic, and Spanish myself along German.

- the bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper and paper towels and seldom anyone uses it as I went in there to wash off my sandy face and totally felt thrilled with the privacy I had. Heck, I even had the urge to steal a roll but not that demon-hearted to do so. xD

- The location is perfect for walking distance! It's 2.4 miles from me so I tend to walk only 35 minutes to get here and back home as I'm a fast walker and love the scenery every time I go for my walk.

- They have random snacks and or dessert surprises every time you walk inside. I've bought a 14-piece pack of Airhead Gums that only cost me $1.03 which is outrageously low compared to Walmart which I may have to pay almost $2.50 worth I'm sure and even bought a 4-pack of Unicorn PopTarts as a new flavor that I died to try out.

- I even get complements from one of the cashiers that I had a great smile and couldn't stop giggling while I was paying for my snacks and even had conversations with them. I'm quite short in height and look youthful for my age which tends to confuse people lol.

No matter which day I come to this store, they always seem to have everything I need and even bought a great pair of earphones that only cost me $1.00 and they are extremely loud and clear compared to lame $5.00 earphones you may buy at Walmart. 😰

I totally recommend coming here if any of you live around the region and or work through the cross streets as this place won't disappoint you! Also, it's right across from a Marijuana Clinic for any of that smoke and or use Weed for Medical reasons.

PS: I'm also a YouTuber that discusses mental health topics to Gay Topics and even Food Reviews which I'm starting to talk about after doing a gum review of the Airhead Gums I've purchased which totally made my afternoon eh! 😇

It smells not so great but they always are fully stocked with lots of different unique items. It's no longer 99 cent only 😀

I got some Halloween decorations and some snacks. Love the fresh and frozen food sections.

I am visiting from Georgia and right around the corner from my sister is the 99 cent store I have been there every single day since I've been here I've been here for 1 month 2 weeks in a day and will be probably going before I leave great store Friendly staffed great selection reasonable prices

Always do my grocery shopping 1st here. They carry so much variety plus I go there 1st for my decorations. Customer service could be better and you have to kind of demand they open more registers but I love their variety.

Love great bargains! They store was getting stocked at the time, so hard to use a cart at times with boxes.in the way. Customer service was mediocre but I came for the deals. Canvas art, plants, Tupperware, what a steal. I will be back and loved the neighborhood setting.

It is nice an clean place to shop and has a lot of items to choice from and I like that the co-workers are nice and generous

Today I got a lot of items and a few Halloween decorations. The lines were not long and my cashier was very helpful. I am in a medical scooter and have major problems with my hands. I went to the freezers to get a bag of ice and I couldn't pry one loose. A different cashier came over to help me. My trip to 99cent store went very well.
