Dave & Buster's Louisville

A great time! It's a huge place with a ton of games -- and many of them are games I haven't seen anywhere else. It's super easy to get your card and start playing. The staff was very friendly as well.

I absolutely enjoyed Dave & Buster's. There is plenty of seating and different types of seating, extra large booths, tables w/chairs & bar stool chairs. The games were a blast. The bathrooms were ok and the food was excellent. It is easy to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere at Dav&Bus❤

Family and I come once a month. We had the best experience today since it’s opened. Our kids had some issues with their cards not getting credited with the proper tickets. I brought this to the managers attention. He looked it up on the computer and realized that we were correct.r. Denver (Manager) made all the corrections without hesitation. Thanked us for coming. He went above and beyond. Best service since this location opened.

my first visit
I ordered the fried cauliflower it came to me raw batter.However Justin the manager came to our table and handled the situation friendly and professionally. Justin apologized for the undercooked cauliflower. I also ordered fresh coffee, the bartender served me old and cold coffee. Our server she was great atmosphere was fun. Took quite some time to get someone to attend to a game in which it wasn't operating properly. However it was finally dealt with and my grandson got to play two games somewhere else. It was my first time going here however my son comes quite a bit with my grandson. As I was visiting I would probably come again
My second and third visit
What a difference from my first review we even held my grandson's birthday party here. And being misinformed by our server that we could spray silly string the party went off without a hitch. The food was awesome both my second and third time coming good service and I must say we all had a ton of fun.
I will definitely come back again

Update 1/25/23. This place is still clean, everything works and the NACHO’S are to DIE FOR.

This location is amazing! The selection of games is perfect and nothing is broken or out of order! The bathrooms are clean and well kept, the bar is beautiful. This was our first time there but we will be back on a Thursday to taste the unlimited wings and play along with some drinks. I will update after. Our favorite game is the connect 4 basketball game. We’ve never seen that before and thought it was both fun and unique. So glad this place is here. We were getting tired of Main Event lol.

We had an excellent time today! We went the week of spring break and it was kinda busy but things flowed well! The prices I thought were average compared to other places like this. I do recommend paying the $5 for the 3D VR ride in the back! I did the top gun with my sons and it was actually very fun and one of the best I’ve done. The guy helping us was so friendly and was able to provide me with assistance with getting my sons situated on the ride. I think the prizes are pretty cool as well my sons split the total tickets and was both able to get some cool prizes. I will say the games here are cool as hell and I didn’t really see any that were not working! Big plus for me. Highly recommend for a family day. We didn’t eat or drink here tho so unable to provide a review for that.

We had our quarterly team building outing here on Friday and I think we all had a blast! The food was delicious, the competition was a blast, and just being a team together was great! I will definitely be coming back on my own with my family!

It was an awesome day. I had so much fun with my grandson. Every game we played worked. My granddaughters had so much fun with their aunt and cousin. All three crashed in the car on the way home.

It was a good time....went on easter Sunday with my bf for adult fun and it was a blast... hardly anyone in there so we got to play all the games ni waiting everything was great..... we had wings and chicken potstickers we really enjoyed those.... we had a long island and blackberry margarita ( I'll pass on this one). We won enough tickets to get prizes but you'll have to win a lot for good prizes and the had prizes for all ages. check them out!

This is a great place to host an event. We had our office holiday party here and everything was so easy. The event planner made planning/scheduling a breeze, the packages were of good value, our server/host at our party was wonderful! The food was good and everyone had a great time.

Me and my boyfriend came to visit Louisville for a graduation. And I wanted to stop in the night before we left and play a few games with him. We had a wonderful time!
Customer service was great. Cody helped us tremendously!! Gave us great detail in many of my questions.

I had an awesome day at Dave and Busters yesterday! My work pals and I had a team building day and had a blast! First we had a great catered lunch, then we broke up into 4 teams and had some friendly competition. The staff was so friendly and they made sure we had a great time. Plus, my team won!!!Yay team Pitch Perfect! I highly recommend Dave and Busters for a great time!

Great place for both adults and kids to unwind. Better to go in during their slow days so you have better chances of customer service Espally if one of the game machines need maintenance. Will be coming back and offers a lot of different prizes you can get.

I helped my daughter grind the hell out of a few games and we managed to accumulate over a total of 30,000 tickets!

The employees go above and beyond for the customers. Espally when there's a problem with any of the games. Even the coin games, which is one of the 3 games you can grind the hell out of for tickets.

If you have a hearing disability fair warning to remember-!

ITS LOUD AS HELL INSIDE!

Just make sure you let the employees you're talk to know if your deaf/ hard of hearing (DF/ HOH ). And they'll work with you. I always carry a notebook in my backpack as a precaution, in case if its diffcult to lip read'em.

Went for the very first time tonight, had a good time. I'm s genderfluid trans man and I was able to correct staff and they took it ask in stride, and Jojo up front found and returned one of my pins! Mike and another woman in the back at the bar were stupendous and funny, and everyone at the front desk was great too. Very helpful, very funny, very kind. Front desk noticed a tear in the Luigi stuffed plush I picked and gave us another AND a free leftover Rick and Morty pin! Games were a ton of fun tickets aren't hard to get if you're good, and the prices are nice! Good mask compliance, very LGBTQIA+ friendly, all in all a nice place to have fun!

Never had been here before, brought my three children here and we had a great time. The food was amazing not what I expected. And our server Mike he was new but he did a excellent job.

My husband and I had a date night here about a year ago! We had so much fun! Great service! The adult drinks and food were sooo yummy!

It was a lot of fun. Has the world's biggest Pac-Man game. Has a wide variety of games and can win a lot of tickets. The prizes are a little high on the ticket prices. But other than that it was very enjoyable and wasn't too crowded. Great place to take your kids and let them have fun and run off some energy

Celebrated my birthday 3/19.. It was a good time. Watched match madness games, ordered wings and hit up the arcade with my dad and son. 👍

I went yesterday and it was super fun. Best day to go is Wednesday for half price games. My favorite games are tutti fruity,all the coin pusheres,and down the clown.

This is the go-to spot for my daughter and I to have some fun in Kentucky. Games, prizes, food and her favorite specialty drinks. Nevermind the price because you'll spend over $100 without blinking, but the fun and memories exceeds the money spent. Service is always excellent and the staff is friendly and always willing to help if there are any gaming issues.
