The staff was knowledgeable and professional. When I came into the store I was completely without the capability to make a phone call and within a few minutes they fixed the problem and I was on my way! I also needed a protector, mine had just cracked! They didn’t try to pressure me into getting anything else but the protector.
I needed to get a hold of customer support and they helped me with that!

Great experience at Verizon in Harrisville. Grey assisted me with purchase of new iPhone 15. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with my purchase and with Grey.

I have been back here from time to time and have had good service since my last 1 star review. But, since we have met Grey at this store, We have had the best customer service. She is great to work with, takes the time to show product features and answer whatever questions we have. We were in there today and walked out with new phones and better plan with a lower monthly bill. Grey took the time to work it out for us to get a great deal. She has become a friend to my wife and I.
I just wanted to mention how much better the store is now. I’m bumping my review up to 5 stars cause I can’t do 10. Grey is the best.

My wife broke her Note 5 and we came in to this gowireless store for options on a new one. The guy helping us is a nice guy, I don’t know his name and don’t really care. He was helpful to my wife and we get good enough service when we’ve been there, so that’s good.
What I am tired of about this place, is when my wife asked about an iPhone, his response was “we don’t recommend the iPhone and wouldn’t sell her one”. In fact, every time I’ve been in this store, I’ve got the same attitude towards the iPhone. I don’t care about the iPhone vs Android battle, but I do care when a customer wants options, they should get options and not opinions. The guys job is to help a customer decide what to get, not be told what to get. Just my 2 cents.

Austin was the best rep that I’ve ever come in contact with or had to deal with that Verizon or any phone store. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to fix all the issues and problems that I had. He is doing an amazing job.

Had the absolute best customer service experience tonight when I went in to get a new phone. Mack was pleasant, kind, patient, communicative and just an all around joy. I was dreading upgrading my phone cause of the time it usually takes but the over an hour long visit flew by cause Mack was just wonderful.

Grey was awesome! She got me what I needed and took the time to help us out. I will go back to her for our next need.

Alex Gave no hesitation in helping me understand my bill help me pay my bill and help me purchase a new cord. He also explained plans to me which knowing by then that I wasn’t going to buy immediately he could’ve easily gave me short answers and sent me on my way. Because he didn’t I know when I need to buy my new phone watch end iPad which will be soon I will definitely go to him!

I had a super pleasant experience at this store. Dalton was so helpful and I left with a new phone. Dalton guided me through every step of the way and was patient and personable. Definitely a great store.

Awesome fast service! Whenever we upgrade lines, I always plan to be in the store for 2-3 hours. They only took 45 minutes for 2 phones. Couldn't be happier!

This is the only place I will ever go for all of my mobile phone needs! I've been going here for a number of years now, and have continuously experienced exceptional service each and every time. I would like to give personal thanks to Tyler Davies for his outstanding customer service and educational skills on new devices! Every time I get a new phone, it is a little bit daunting at first to get used to the new and different functions of every new phone, but he is always able to quickly and effectively bring me up to speed and answer any questions with any new product I get. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful, and even when I've seen upset customers while in the store, they still maintain the same level of friendly and professional service to them as they do to everyone else. Highly recommend this location to everyone, you will not have a bad experience!

I went into the Harrisville store to upgrade my service. I was greeted by and helped by Jesse. He was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He made sure that I got not only everything I wanted/needed but even some bonuses for a really good deal. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I understood everything he was saying. I will only be going to the Harrisville store from now on and will only do business with Jesse!

So my husband and I went in to get new phones, and I am shooting myself in the foot right now for not getting the man's name who helped us. But absolute great customer service, answered all of our questions, even helped us save some cash, and got us all set up and out the door in under an hour! Thank you so much for being amazing even in a time like this (COVID-19)! Y'all deserve one hell of a raise!

I worked with Austin at the Verizon store to fix the multiple problems I had from trying to fix things by calling Verizon. This store is Amazing! They are kind, caring and will work with you to get the service you desire quickly and efficiently! Thank you Austin!
