Let me start by saying we (my wife and I) highly recommend Luke Graham!!! If you are looking to buy or sell give him a call, you won’t regret it.

We met Luke while driving around looking at open houses. We did not have previous communication with any agents, since we were just looking and we weren’t ready to buy for another 6-8 months. We immediately liked Lukes honesty, sincerity and transparency. He told us upfront he was newer to the realtor realm and he would work hard to get us all questions answered and across the finish line, and that he did! Luke has a little room to improve and become more knowledgeable as he moves forward as a realtor, we have no doubt of that he will get there in no time. With limited experience and knowledge he was able to steer us into our home so we can only expect greatness as he grows in the business. We had a few hiccups, however, he was quick to set up a meeting and get some more information and feedback and we synced up, it was smoother sailing after that. We’re very pleased with Luke as our “skipper/captain” during this hard and tedious journey!

Carter is the man! He is by far the best, most professional and savvy realtor we have ever worked with. When we found a home we liked, he came up with a strategy for an offer, and when things came up on inspection, he went to bat for us and got concessions from the seller. He is the epitome of what a realtor should be.

Jonathan was a great realtor for me and my husband. Jonathan met with us prior to our house search and recorded all of our wants and needs for a home so that he could search the best homes for us. He was always on time for our showings and had great communication. When we were ready to put an offer on the house we loved, Jonathan helped us put in the best offer and informed us of the escalation clause which we weren’t aware of and that is what ultimately got our offer accepted by the sellers. This is the third property Robert Burns has helped me with in less than a year. He helped me with selling my parent’s house in order to finish closing out their estate. This was the first time in 53 years the house had been on the market, so he did thorough research of the area to help determine the correct listing price. If someone were to ask me to give Thomas Butler a grade, he would most definitely receive an A+!!! He went above and beyond our expectations. He is honest, friendly, approachable, and very caring. While we were viewing houses, he would alert us if he thought the seller was asking too much for the property. Thomas continually kept us updated on everything while selling our former home. Ron Arnold is the absolute best! Buying in this market is not easy but Ron stayed with my wife and I for months till we found a wonderful home in our price range. He has a tons of knowledge about construction and will not hesitate to let you know if you are touring a money pit.

There was no pressure at any point to put offers in on homes that weren't a good fit and he listened to us and respected our budget at all times. His character and high level of integrity were a real blessing to my wife and I through this whole experience.
