Cinemark Mall St. Matthews and XD

Went to a 9:20 showing on a Monday evening. Attendants at the snack bar were very friendly and helpful. Popcorn was a bit blah though.

We bought tickets ahead of time online with the premium membership - which was worth it just for the first visit in terms of what we saved overall. Great seats in the theatre. Good sound. We will be back.

Have a wonderful time at this hidden jewel in Saint Matthews at The Mall Saint Matthews in Louisville, Kentucky. Tickets are always available! The seating is especially comfortable and staff has always been plentiful, friendly, and have always gone above and beyond to ask you if there is anything they can do to make your experience the best they can give you! I have always found the theater and it's restrooms, lobby, and concessions sparkling clean.

So easy to order Tix online. My boys opted to save the convenience fees and pay at the counter. Comfortable and great sounds and seats. The seats we chose were not reclining. The theatre wasn't full, so switched to other seats that did. Clean and friendly.

I really enjoy visiting this movie theater, it may not have a lot of staff during the day..but who is working is always pleasant and helpful. Comfortable leather recliners, seems clean in the dark. Highly recommend.

My favorite movie theater in Louisville. Clean, well kept, great popcorn, and comfy seats. Can’t wait to see Dune Part 2 here when it comes out soon!

Theater staff were surprisingly friendly despite being rushed prior to movie times.

I do have to wonder about the new post & rope railings behind the seats in the one theater we were in, though. I'm rather short so as soon as I reclined my seat even a little, the bottom third of the movie screen had that railing running across it. Do I need to bring a booster seat to the movies? 🤔

As everyone has said. Very clean and comfortable theater. The sound system is incredible. Employees are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean. Great place.

Had a great experience with my cousin, we when to see Beyonce Is Renaissance movie and it was the best show I've seen in a very long time and the Cinemark was really good place.

I when there to watch Willy Wonka, I loved it.

Very clean. Popcorn fresh. The seats recline but to be honest, they weren't very comfortable on the lower back after sitting for a while watching the movie

Cinemark is an amazing place! It is very clean and the chairs recline to make the movie going experience feel like home. I was able to purchase the tickets, drinks and snacks that day. So when we arrived we only had to present the confirmation code and the number to receive our tickets and snacks. Both my Son and I really enjoyed our time there and the movie! I would highly recommend Cinemark to anyone who is wanting a great movie experience! The staff are amazing, super helpful and on point with customer service!

The theater is very open and inviting. It has a great atmosphere! The staff is young however courteous and attentive. Great job guys & gals! The theater rooms are clean and relaxing.

The only problem is that other movie goers did not control their children and parents stayed on their phones during the viewing (this has NO reflection on the company not its employees).

Half Priced Tuesday is still awesome, we saw Jackass Forever this last time and movie theater was great the confirmation email "strongly recommend that you wear a mask" hopefully they have more staff for days with bigger crowds In the future. But it was a nice night out with only 12 people in the theater we were in.

Just Pulled Up To Louisvill after 20 years

I recently visited Cinemark mall Saint Matthews and XD and had an amazing time! The theater was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the state-of-the-art technology in the XD theater, which made the movie experience truly immersive.

The seats were incredibly comfortable, and the sound quality was top-notch, creating a truly cinematic experience. The concessions stand offered a wide variety of snacks and drinks, including some unique and tasty options that I had never seen before.

I also appreciated the variety of movies showing at the theater, from the latest blockbusters to independent films. The schedule was well-organized, and I was able to easily find a showtime that fit my schedule.

Love coming to this theater. Clean and well organized. Also enjoy that you can place your concessions order ahead of time so you can skip the line and go straight to your movie. Have been coming here for 3 years and wouldn't change it at all. Also, the staff are very professional and helpful.

One of the nicest theaters in the area. Good selection of movies in different formats (motion seats, 3D,etc.)
Great concession offerings as well.
Might have been the time of day (matinee) but there were no employees at the ticket counter and you had to wait in line at the concession stand for tickets.

Great place to watch movies. Big reclining chairs and a great SD picture showing.
