Harvey’s

We’ve been to Harvey’s a few times and it never disappoints. This time we had their Hot Toddy and Sandra Dee (they also have mocktail versions of many of their drinks) and the salt and pepper calamari to start. We were lucky enough to get the shepherds pie to share for our entree before it sold out and it was amazing! Finished the meal with a glass of port. Everything was fantastic from the food to the atmosphere to the music and service. Keep up the great work!

Really great flavors for the food and nice people working there. Lots of condiment offerings available for sale as well as gourmet cheese. Took my friend there for her birthday for a lunch and she loved it. Would be happy to return again. It's counter service but food is given in plates and bowls which is much nicer than using disposable like some restaurants do. Small place but cozy.

What a nice surprise! Harvey’s was a great find for our date night. Excellent choices with knowledgeable servers - particularly with the charcuterie/ cheese offerings. But our main courses were very appetizing as well with above average portion sizes. Our whole experience would definitely bring us back to experience Harvey’s again soon!

This place was so unassuming but delivered big in Culinary Excitement. It was unique and delicious. Really enjoyed the intimacy of the place and the care and effort into each item they brought the the table was evident. Highly recommend it and can't wait to dine there again.

Amazing place and plus you can buy cheese from there, it is not just cheese. They do sell honey comb, jams, wine, and many more.

Plus, you can eat in there too!

We shared a great evening with Harvey’s and their staff during our teams holiday dinner. Brent was great with getting it all set up. The staff were friendly and informative. The food and wine were fantastic! It was a perfect space for a smaller team dinner. Will highly recommend this Clifton gem. We’ll be back.

Ridiculous. Simple calamari was the best this region has to offer. My crab stuffed chicken was hard to explain but easy to devour. Staff went above and beyond while service flowed beautifully. Will return to try everything I missed.

Great food, cocktails and fantastic service. Enjoyed two cheeses and a Danish tin, the barramundi, and the gnocchi. Can't wait to go back to try more.

Probably one of the best brunches I’ve had in the year and a half in Louisville. We had never heard of this place, but when I used the Open Door app to find places who were accepting reservations at noon, Harvey’s popped up. Will definitely be going back.

Easily--EASILY--one of the best restaurants in town. Chef Brent's Australian fine-dining culinary upbringing is on full proper display here, with lots of flavors from all over Asia appearing. Especially fun was the risotto, dotted with little florets of pickled purple cauliflower--I'd never had risotto with that added pop of acidity, and it really balanced the dish out well. The char siu port with corn "ribs" was inspired, and delicious.

Small unassuming cheese shop with a fun Australian menu. Food and drinks were excellent. Service was very good and management contacted our party right away about a lost item. Make sure you get some cheese to go.

Loving all the shops at Logan Street Market and recently I finally had a chance to order from this little gem! We got the Classico Toasties. He had them just prepare the sandwiches so that we could toast them when we got home. Best decision!!! So cheesy and crispy. They also provided good safe contactless curbside delivery! Definitely worth visiting and supporting!

These knowledgeable cheesemongers produce the finest grilled cheese sandwich I have ever had. Definitely not your Grandma's grilled cheese, but still produces the same comfort. The shop has an outstanding collection of sourced cheeses not rivaled anywhere else in town. Their catered cheese boards are as beautifully laid out as they are tasty. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Okay so this review is a bit of a wild ride so buckle up. There is very VERY poor AC in this building. You will want to bring a mini fan with you bc despite the hot atmosphere the food is absolutely to die for!! The drinks, the appetizers, the entrees, EVERYTHING IS SO DELICIOUS!! I swear it made me believe in humanity again. The service is somewhat mid but not necessarily in a bad way they basically just let you be with your party to enjoy the food and experience and come check in on you periodically (they do their jobs, just don't expect them to laugh at your uncle's bad jokes just to appease him).

This is seriously the best restaurant I have been to in a long time. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is exceptional!! The best custom charcuterie by Jess, and the most delicious barramundi! If you’re looking for a new experience, great, atmosphere and delicious food, you have to try this place!!

Amazing + must try! Their charcuterie boards are phenomenal. Our group tried all the small dishes, all desserts and a charcuterie board. The cocktails were unique, extremely well balanced and delicious. Also they have a kids menu

As a former chef who used to live in Chicago and San Francisco, I find Louisville to be very lacking when it comes to amazing restaurants.
Harvey’s is a hidden gem! We had the char siu pork, the raclette with potatoes and the duck confit with cranberry beans. Every dish was beautifully seasoned, and perfectly executed. The menu was also fun and original. Staff were professional yet friendly, and the space was so cool! It was modern, relaxed, and unique!
We had dinner with our six-year-old, and he enjoyed everything we ordered. He also had an delicious grilled cheese with crispy potatoes from the kids menu,
The cheese plates and charcuterie boards looked awesome! We didn’t taste them this time, but will be back soon to experience that side of Harvey’s. If you’re looking for a delicious meal in Louisville, I definitely recommend heading to Harvey’s soon!
