Very impressed! Our room was super clean and a great size! We had great customer service from the get go. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while. Overall we were super happy with our stay!

This hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming! The breakfast was very delicious and the coffee was amazing! The suite we had included a couch and real dishes and a microwave. I hadn't expected that! And the hotel is in a great area close to a ton of shopping and restaurants. It's close to the highway as well, and close to our venue, which was Boyce College/Southern University, just a 10 minute ride away. It was reasonably priced for where it was and what it had. I would highly recommend it, especially if you are wanting to stay for a few nights and eating in instead of eating out. A+++

We stayed two nights at this motel, and it was very pleasing. The rooms were clean, they smelled good and the beds were comfortable. I like the fact that the mattresses are encased. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and it was very good. You don’t find these ratings in just any place. We will be back!

We were just in and out for a special event. Comfortable bed, everything clean, staff efficient. Liked that there was a mini fridge and coffee maker

The place is older but still in great shape. The pull out couch was very comfortable. my only complaint was that on our last night of a 3 night stay, kids stayed across the hall and were very loud. Other than that, it was a great stay and we will stay again next year. Perfect location to food, shopping, and entertainment.

Very friendly staff and very clean room. The bed was quite comfortable. Didn't wake up early enough to try the breakfast offered but it smelled amazing. I loved the location of this hotel, close to all the shopping areas and plenty of eating options nearby.

A very clean hotel with a decent breakfast! The rooms are quite spacious! Staff was helpful and friendly for the most part . The air units need updated because our unit froze the entire five days on and off which was disappointing because it was 90 °s ! The hot tub was nice, but only worked last 2 days we were there. We would stay here again thanks

First time in Louisville. Fantastic location, close to lots of shopping and restaurants but, tucked away from traffic and noise. Hotel is very quiet and clean. Enjoyed the hot breakfast twice, lots of options and very tasty! Special THANKS to Jalen at the front desk for the hospitality and information!

Special note: the hotel hot tub is closed PERMANENTLY. Adults can ask about a pass to the gym next door, highly recommend!

For where I need to go you can't beat this place. Rooms are nice, parking is good and free and did I mention the free breakfast? It's definitely an upgrade breakfast to put you on your way.

Safe neighborhood, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, Good breakfast buffet with lots of options.

This location was very clean and comfortable! The rooms are big and cozy. We had 2 adults and 3 children. There were 2 beds and a pull out sofa sleeper. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. The lady handling breakfast all by herself was a champ and did fantastic! (Please tip her, we did, but did not see anybody else do so. There is a jar on the breakfast bar).
The kids loved the pool as well! Great location. We were only about 15 minutes from Kentucky Kingdom and it was easy to get to where we wanted to be, but far enough off the main roads that you don't hear the traffic.

Clean room with a full sized kitchen. There wasn't an oven but the was a microwave. The best equipped kitchen I've had at a hotel as far as utensils go. Everything I needed. Even salt and pepper. Comfortable bed and 2 TVs. I'll stay here again when I return.

Absolutely wonderful, comfortable, clean atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay hot complimentary breakfast plenty of options. Both Boil and scramble eggs. Waffle makers, hot and cold breakfast. Friendly staff. Thank you

Our family was very pleased with this hotel. We come to MATS every year and have always stayed at a hotel in Radcliff because the pool. We decided to change due to various reasons and chose this location. It’s only 15 minutes from the convention center which is so much closer than where we stayed before. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room exceeded our expectations! Much bigger than expected. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows sucked but that’s common. Pool and hot tub are definitely a bit small but were nice and clean. Location is also in a very nice area. Will definitely be booking again for next year!
There’s 5 of us. The room has a living space with a pull out sofa, 2 queen beds in the other room. Each room had its own tv. Wet bar had cupboards with dishes, sink, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge.

The manager, Matt, gave excellent service. Room was clean. Breakfast had good food and was very tidy. Easy access to the highway. There is a lot of shopping around, but the hotel was quiet.

The staff were pleasant and prompt. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Wish we had booked our whole trip here.

What a great experience! The staff were great! All the staff that we encountered were the same, cheerful and helpful. We travel a lot for my kids sports and recently hospitality has been terrible most places we go! It was so refreshing to be treated like a paying customer.

The rooms were spacious with a small kitchen area with sink, small fridge, microwave and some of the basics provided!

We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms/suites were clean and well stocked with necessary amenities. We are only here one night but sometimes that's when you need everything MORE in order! Thank you Wyndham! ....now if I could only get some help with my Wyndham Rewards account and not keep getting passed off to someone else! Sigh....
