Jarvis Family Medical Center is the best! The staff is professional & very caring! The facility is clean & has a very inviting atmosphere. Karla has listened to me & has been a life saver for me! She is very thorough & takes her time with me to make sure everything is covered. Also the fact she uses both Western & holistic medicine makes it even better. She has a very caring heart & I love her personality! I highly recommend Jarvis Family Medical Center!

I started seeing Karla Jarvis about a year ago. I had heard such wonderful things about Karla, & with me being with a group of robot Norton doctors after having Covid 19, my very first time seeing Karla I felt like she truly listened to me, came up with a treatment plan, but more importantly she gave me hope.
Karla saved my life.
Had I stayed with my previous doctor, I shutter at the thought of where/what this disease would have done to me. Not one time have I ever heard Karla say "This is all too new, we just don't know" ..... instead Karla says we'll find the answers, together. We will not give up.
Because at Jarvis, you're treated like family, & you don't give up on your family.
Karla holds a very special place in my heart.
Karla also has the "magic touch" & can turn your saggy frown upside down, among many other things! Spa days are Friday .... trust me when I say y'all don't want to miss out!

Jarvis Family Medical is one of the most inviting atmospheres. Every visit the staff has always gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Eli is very professional and courteous, he has always been an extremely reliable source for assisting me in any matter building the upmost confidence and trust with me and my family. Karla Jarvis is a true blessing to the medical field, there are not enough words to describe just how wonderful she truly is. She is not your typical walk in and out provider that only knows me by my chart. She actually takes the time to build strong lasting relationships with her patients, knowing everything about them. She treats me like a person and not a number and someone that I now consider a trusting friend and that is why I refer the people I care about most to her.

Everyone was so kind, thorough, friendly, and professional. You feel like each person you come into contact with really cares and they listen to you!! Such a nice change of pace from offices that rush you through a visit. With Dr. Jarvis and her staff it felt like I had been going to her my whole life. She is amazing!! So glad I found her! When you go to see Dr Jarvis and her staff it’s like visiting your friends. I cannot day enough how wonderful her whole office is!!

I'm so excited that I made the switch for me and my mother to have Karla Jarvis and associates as our new PCP. From the moment we walked in the office until the time we left, we felt confident in this decision. The staff made us feel so welcomed, the MA and APRN took the time to explain the whole process, and they addressed literally every concern we had. The better part is there was no rush for time. They also explained everything they were doing and why they were doing and I'm glad to have made this choice. Looking forward to improving mine and my mother's health through the hands of Jarvis Family and associates.

I moved my primary care to Karla about a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. To find a primary care that looks at you individually and tailors care and treatment to what is going on with your blood specifically through vitamins, nutrition and medicine last is almost impossible. Having the Spa services in the same location is icing on the cake. The IV hydration has become part of my weekly personal care regimen and changed the game for how I feel. Her staff is always smiling and friendly, easily get through for appointments. Her early treatment protocol and post covid protocols have helped me and many others I know prevent long covid symptoms. Jarvis Family Medical cares about you, Ms. Karla knows everyone that comes in and always asks how they are feeling first and foremost. They are like family to me at this point.

I never ever leave reviews but felt I needed to here. Jarvis Family Medical is the absolute best!!! You can't ask for a better doctor and staff who will actually take the time to listen and help you rather then just hurrying you out the door so someone else can get in. Doctor Jarvis takes her practice very seriously and I am just so floored with how nice everyone has been there. It's one thing to find a good doctor but to also have one who truly cares about her patients is amazing. Also, being in the LGBT community I have had my reservations about new doctors because I have had those who look at you differently but not here. This doctor's office is a safe place for all people. If more doctor's took their practice as seriously then this world would be so much better off. I have my fair share of medical issues and have seen my fair share of doctors but none are as caring as Doctor Jarvis. If you are looking for a new and true doctor's office then look no further than here. I can not say anything negative about this place whatsoever. There isn't enough space here for me to keep talking about how great of a place this is. I am now no longer worrying about my healthcare because I know I am in good hands and have no doubts that my life can and will only get better having such a good doctor who is willing and able to give the proper care and not treat you like another payment.

I love Karla Jarvis Family Medical Services. It's the best medical office I have ever been to. Karla Jarvis, MSN, FNP-C and her staff are warm, welcoming, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I have never encountered such an empathetic medical practice in my life. I do not think I'd be feeling as great as I am today if it weren't for Karla Jarvis and her staff, and for that I am deeply and eternally grateful. I highly recommend Karla Family Medical Services!

I have been to Jarvis Medical Spa several times and have always been pleased with the results. Carla is a wonder.....Great practitioner and up to date with new techniques to make Anyone look their best. Also, she is just fun to be around and her staff is great! Would give more stars if I could!!

I recently moved to Kentucky. I'm so Bless to have found Jarvis Medical Services. Karla Jarvis and her friendly professional staff are caring & knowledgeable and always makes me feel special. I've had a few unusual health issues. But Karla is right on top of them. When it was necessary, Karla referred me to a specialty doctor. They are working together to help me feel better. Thank you so much...my son is very happy that I'm in such caring hands!! (I'm 67)

Dr. Jarvis is an amazing doctor! She is so easy to talk to! I have never actually enjoyed going to doctor appointments as I'm sure is with most people. At least until now. I would recommend her to anyone.

I’m never disappointed when I have an appointment with Dr. Jarvis. Everyone in the office is friendly, they treat you with the upmost respect. Dr. Jarvis really cares about her patients the whole staff cares, they go above and beyond and then some. I can’t say enough about Jarvis family medical. Never will you ever feel uncomfortable when you have an appointment, they’re going to make sure you understand everything that was done or talked about before you leave. They really treat you like family hence the name Jarvis FAMILY medical.

Made an appointment for my husband who hates going to the doctor... everyone was so great he's actually no longer fighting me over keeping up with his health. Dr. Jarvis was so easy to talk to and welcoming we are both confident he's getting excellent care and I will be making an appointment for myself as well.
