I had an amazing experience with the lady that helped me. I want to send a big shout out to Angie from Arizona. She was so amazing and very sweet. I wish everyone was more like her.

Collection call center

Oh my God dude I've been in the worst panic attack for days because they locked me out of my car payment account and I called on Monday to figure out why and they told me my car was in the repossession stage
And I'm sitting there like how the hell would I be in the repossession stage when I make at least half of my payment every month
So she told me to call another number which never went through
So I finally called today and was talking to this guy and he was like yeah the people that you're supposed to talk to you are not answering but I'm just gonna go ahead and help you
Like yeah I just really need this whole repossession status like lifted because I've been trying for days to get a hold of someone to make payments he's all like i can set up payments for you right now and lift the repo status
I am so relieved! I was up until 3 AM watching my car because I was terrified from reading all of these reviews....
But!!! I'm telling you!!! They are willing to work with you!

Not good. Customer service lines are virtually useless and internet isn't much better. It simply circles you around and eventually says that service currently unavailable, please call back. Every time I've had a question or needed a copy of a document I have to have the dealership call through their line. Please manage a customer service department that people can actually connect to.

I have contacted them since Friday requesting authorization to travel and I have not had any response, I have called more than 5 times and no one is able to solve it. Every time I call them they give me incomplete and erroneous information. Nobody informs me of the status of my application.

Worst company to work with ever!!!!!!! They want to take your payment for a car that not in your name and then wants to take 3 months to get back to about important paperwork you sent out just to tell you they lost it or didn’t receive it. Then because I’m covid positive they kept refusing to give a payment extension. Mangers are unprofessional and want to sit there and call you a liar when I have all receipts pricing I sent everything in. I recommend going with a different company because they people don’t know how to do there damn job besides stealing money and lying.
