I've been coming here for years. Everyone is very nice. The store manager Nelson is pretty much the best guy ever.

They did a tire rotation at a great price.

My husband and I have always taken our vehicles to this shop and not once have we EVER had a bad experience. We have always received prompt, courteous service, and they always do a great job whether it's tires, spark plugs, or anything else. If there's going to be a wait, they tell you up front and give you the option to come back if you need to. That is so appreciated. I'd much rather be told it's going to be a 3 hour wait and choose for myself, rather than to hear, "We'll be right with you" and THEN wait the three hours! Just can't say enough good things about this place.

Great staff. Came through on trip and needed them to look at my car and make sure was ok before continuing. They took time to check it out and didn't charge a thing. Would use them again if local.

Great friendly service. I had a tire issue they did not have the tire I needed offered to put a tire on that they did not sell me. To help me get back on the road I was 500 miles away from home and they went above and beyond to help me out very much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

One of the best auto care shops in Etown!!! Nelson has been taking care if my family's vehicles since I was a kid.... Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable and they genuinely care about trying to help you with whatever situation you are in.

We've had bad luck with another place up the road, so I decided to give this place a try. Prices were very reasonable, work completed in the time they estimated, and they even changed my license plate because I asked if they would! Great customer service and friendly people, I will be coming back here.

I was newer to the area and in need of a mechanic, these guys took care of me then and now, sometimes at short notice. Prices have been decent for the work I've had done, they explain things and take good care of their customers.

Nelson and the team are great people, knowledgeable and will not gouge you. They are fair and dependable and they will work with you to help you get the best deal you can. Many life long customers.

This is hands down the best place to get tires in Elizabethtown. They have very courteous service and do not talk down to women or try to oversell stuff. They are very upfront with pricing and needs. I'd definitely recommend them for any auto care needs.

Fantastic location. The shop is a little old, the decor inside reminded me of tire shops I'd grown up with in Eastern KY, but holy moly the service here is top notch. Nelson is amazing. I worked in automotive for most of my adult life and could tell from the getgo that this man knows how to keep a shop moving efficiently and keep customers happy.

I had less than 200 miles on my new car, and woke up to a 4" nail sticking through the sidewall. These guys happened to have a great condition 19" used tire in exactly my size, and we didn't miss my girlfriends highschool reunion 3 and a half hours away. Nelson and the guys had us outta there in less than 30 minutes.

I will DEFINITELY be returning to this location.

Been here twice- always honest, not out to squeeze you for every dollar. They've worked on two of my vehicles. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience was good. 2 new tires on my Kia Soul 200$ out the door. No bs no up selling. In and out 1 hour.

Great staff and great service. Also accepts the Firestone credit card. Some things are best to call in and schedule as the place is consistently busy.
