Ramada by Wyndham Elizabethtown

We don't usually stay in 2.5 star hotels but my husband stayed here for work because it's close to his job and had availability. I was really shocked how nice the hotel was. Viral the manager made sure that our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean, updated and reasonably priced.

The beds were very comfy. The entire place was neat and clean. It was very quiet, I heard nothing once I entered the room! It was a little on the expensive side, 175.00 per night.

The room was clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, the continental breakfast was tasty, we didn't get a chance to use the pool, but I checked it out on my way out and it looks really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

There were a few little things that could use some work but nothing really major.

For Instance the cabinet that holds the little refrigerator and microwave could use some updating, the bottom of the unit looked worn out under where the fridge sits, the unit that provides heat/air you couldn't really see the numbers very well to see what the temperature was set at and the bottom of the tub looked like it could use a good scrubbing but it could also just be older and worn out.

Staff was very friendly. Our room, and all public areas inside were very clean. So happy that we chose to stay here.

Very standard hotel. Nothing extravagant but there was one very friendly staff member who made our stay great. Bridgett at the front desk was very kind and accommodating to everyone in our group who traveled from out of state for a baseball tournament. She turned our experience at this hotel into a very positive one ! The world needs more Bridgett’s !!

The outside did not look like the hotel at all. The facia was missing in parts and the roof was missing a bunch of shingles by the pool. The rooms smelled bad and need to be updated. The tub in the bathroom was stained brown and looks dirty but it was just stained. We stayed here for a baseball tournament and the pictures didn’t look like the rooms or the outside for sure we were disappointed but it was to late to change hotels. If you are goin to stay there for the cal Ripken baseball tournament DONT their are plenty of hotels around there.

Wonderful staff! Clean and quiet rooms. Manager and frontdesk are especially nice! Had a great stay!

South Asian manager was so warm and welcoming. Made me feel at home and was quick to give me towels and provide me with service. Even came and fixed the tv for us. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff would always check in with us if we needed anything else. Great price, great location, and great staff!

Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff, comfortable room, good internet connection, and nice shower with plenty of hot water. Had an issue with a strong odor and loud guests, but staff took care of it immediately.

Right off of i-65 this is a great place to stay for the night. The front desk ladies are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the breakfast in the morning is hot.

James was great in assisting us. The only issue we had was we spent tons of money for the room and the TV did not work. We wanted to relax after driving 8 hours and we couldn't unwind. Plus the air conditioner did not blow cold air it stayed on fan mode. We loved James though he was awesome

Actually, the Ramada was closed. Anyone with reservations at Ramada was transferred to the Baymont Inn. So this review is for the Baymont Inn. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Sometimes you just need a clean place with a comfortable bed to get some rest. Great value for the money. Clean bathroom, clean room, up to date decor. I've more than once been "taken" when placing hotel reservations on line. Terrible experiences. This was a welcome exception to the rule.

The gentleman at the front desk, I believe he is a manager, is absolutely wonderful! He graciously welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and quiet. The kids enjoyed their night in the sparkling indoor pool. At breakfast, there were enough options to satisfy. I recommend this hotel for all travelers. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping centers.

Wonderful stay. Pool was clean and warm. Had an interaction with the maintenance guy who was amazing to my daughter. Made us feel like he knew us. My daughter even wanted to take him the donut he jokingly asked her for after cleaning up here mess but we were already on the interstate. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I booked a room just for the kids to be able to swim .... after checking n and being there 15 mins we got a call that a grandparent had passed unexpectedly we had to leave. The lady at the desk refunded our money for the room back on my card within a few mins. The staff there are extremely nice and helpful. Very clean and quiet hotel. Definitely will be booking again.

Stayed here for my husband's birthday. Very clean, indoor pool was nice, close to a lot of things. Good time staying for the night.

Cleanest hotel I've ever been in. Beds were amazing, and staff was very friendly and helpful! Me and my family were traveling from Alabama to chicago to attend a funeral and it was late at night 12:30 am and we were having trouble finding a room. We called here and Scott the night clerk held a room for us soon as we got there he greeted us and showed us 3 different rooms to help accommodate our needs. As we had 2 disabled people. We picked a nice room on first floor right by breakfast area. Which was very handy. Room was spotless clean very impressed. They even had a little store inside which we used. Best service I've had at a hotel!

It give it 5 stars because my stay was all that and more from the time we drove up on the parking lot 10/19/19 until we left on 10/21/19 the customer service was stellar, the rooms was very clean and comfortable they greeted us each and every time we left and returned. All of the staff we very friendly, coutious, polite and very professional I will definitely stay here whenever I come down from Ohio to visit my friends. The price of the room was great i've stayed I places that cost more and they were horrid. Thank you Ramada for a great stay it was fit for a Queen.

Rooms were cleanly and spacious. Breakfast and coffee were amazing. Check in and checkout were a breeze. The pool was great. We had a wonderful stay

Very nice hotel. But it was full of little league baseball players and family's.
Not a fan of biscuits and sausage gravy. So I did eat.
