Baymont by Wyndham Elizabethtown

Hotel was in great condition breakfast was good staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. You won't find a better hotel in the area for the price! Owner/management was friendly and personable very easy to talk to.

First, Gary at the front desk on Saturday evening was amazing. Kind, professional, friendly--everything you need when you've been driving in storms and just need a break from the road.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc. The TV and remotes were in working order. The shower pressure was perfect! It was a good, clean place to rest after 8 hours on the road.

We were super close to the elevators but it wasn't noisy at all. In fact, to be that close to I-65, it was very quiet.

Last item, breakfast. This is a continental breakfast. It isn't supposed to be fancy. It's bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee--you know, the basics. The very nice lady was keeping it stocked, asking if we needed anything and keeping things clean. It was just right to get us fed and back on the road to home.

We will TOTALLY stay here again. You cannot beat it for the price point. Oh! You can get a 10% off coupon to Texas Roadhouse too. Who doesn't love their rolls?!? :)

Stayed There in October the same gentlemen checked us in and was just as pleasant as the 1st time. The only problem was I took a cup of coffee in my mug for the road and the coffee was cold.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Hey y'all the guy works at night there well I don't know if he works every night but he was there when I came in was so awesome very helpful very nice even though he wasn't Alabama fan roll tide haha. We watched a little bit of football together until the time to conversate with me a little bit I like that these days you don't get it a lot

I called to get info about my reservation. Autumn was so sweet and friendly on the phone. A good atmosphere is what it's all about. I'll be booking with yall soon!

We had a great night stay; nice and quiet. Our room was vert comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were perfect. Gary made check-in easy and was very friendly and helpful.

Called and booked a room at around 7 PM for the same night. Was hesitant due to reviews but knew it was in an area with multiple hotels if it was really that bad. Lobby and hallways were clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Checked the room on the 3rd floor thoroughly it was clean and everything we used worked. The elevator was a little outdated and the hot water took some time to get there but it wasn't a bad experience at all. Would like to see some outside cameras in the future for people who are traveling. Overall I would recommend and would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Hotel was very clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Great breakfast to start your day off right! We would definitely stay again!

Gary and trainee Brooke were so friendly and hospitable. I don’t remember that level of genuine hospitality for many years. Even a maintenance man working in the hall noticed my struggles with our bags and stopped his work to come and help.The room and bath were very clean, the beds comfortable.Modern , tasteful decor throughout. I have saved this one on my phone.

The personal where very respectful but the rooms needed to be cleaned more and not smell like an ashtray. Also found a bed bug

Needed a place for the night to rest before we make the 21 hr road trip back to El paso Texas and we decided to stop here. They had 3 rooms left and I was able to reserve 1 online on the website. The front desk man Gary I believe, was very polite and helpful with my reservation. Went up to my room 308 on the 3rd floor and it was clean and spacious for what we needed. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Rooms are large. Breakfast doesn’t have a big variety but it is adequate.

Just off of Exit 94, in Elizabethtown, Baymont by Windham is a great lodging choice for anyone passing through or staying a while.
Mr. Patel, is a great man who owns multiple hotels in the Central Kentucky Region and he is committed to providing great accommodations for all of the visitors.

In a place and time where customer service and human compassion are hard to find, the staff at Baymont exuded these traits in abundance! Jerry was amazing, understanding, and accommodating. The manager (whose name I forgot) was very nice as well.

I love that they don't discriminate against big dogs and it was very clean especially considering it is a pet-friendly hotel.

Had an amazing stay in a very comfortable, clean room. Front desk Gary was extremely polite and helpful, amazing personality. Had an issue with the tv, the girl that cane in after him was extremely helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

There for a funeral. Work great. Rented 3 rooms and all was good.

Gary Gary he’s are man if he can’t serve us no one can. Gary is the goat best hotel worker ever. He helped us a ton super polite#garythegoat. All the staff was great, very friendly, and very accommodating for baseball teams. Would definitely come back give the opportunity.

One of my sisters & I get together for a sisters weekend on occasion and Baymont is our favorite place to stay! The location is almost half way travel time for both if us. We always enjoy our stays.
