I have used Office Max for various printing projects. I have always been pleased with the quality of the paper and ink. The projects turned out great. And easy to upload images from home. No need to go to store until pick up.

Bob in the print center is a literal saint. GIVE BOB A RAISE!!! Despite moving 1.5hrs away, I still drive all the way back to Louisville for print orders because I can depend on Bob to do a wonderful job and to meet my perfectionistic expectations. My mom and I spend $5,000+ at this specific location every year because of Bob's amazing work, patience, and attention to detail. Bob is a delightful human being and I sincerely appreciate all of his hard work and patience. Please give him a raise—he's overloaded with orders right now, but he still finds time to fulfill my insanely specific requests and maintain a calm and patient demeanor while doing so! Bob is the backbone of this location and his quality work brings in customers from all around—pay him more! He deserves it!!!

This print shop is fantastic! The quality of the products I ordered are beautiful, they were done before they told me they would be, and picking them up is so easy! I have used them for all of my print needs for years.

I was there earlier today, Nov 21. Matt was patient and helped me with my purchases. He had a smile and delivered good customer service, it made my shopping experience very smooth.

Blake deserves a raise!!! He helped me so much with my project. He had to go to lunch and another guy took over to “help” me. He was not helpful at all and basically sent me off to use equipment I had no idea how to use. I was still trying get my project done, on my own, when Blake’s lunch was over. He came over to me and was offering to help me get it finished. Thanks Blake for all your help!!
