Avion Townhomes Apartments

I don’t remember when I called to be put on the waitlist, well I got a call back from Susan letting me know there was a unit available and if I was interested. I went into the office and she was so nice and knowledgeable also very helpful. I put in a application and a week later was approved. Susan made everything so easy and fast to get in and situated. She is amazing and very great help, she will take care of you! Appreciate all her help!

Me and my family recently applied here and if you are looking for a place to live I would definitely recommend coming here. Me and my mom got so much help from Stephanie. She really is such a helpful person we had to do so much paper work (from my job) for the application and she worked with us had so much patiences and she even went out of her way to call my siblings schools to help them get enrolled. There's not that many Stephanie's like her! She's the best!!!!

Working with Susan is the best she try much so hard to help you getting to a townhome I would like to give her so much appreciation

Came in to get some information on these townhomes and the lady there was so nice and helpful answered all my questions, this was a good experience for me very professional!

I love living here I ya e not had any problems and I moved in in March and have enjoyed being here thanks for a great living experience

I have been living here for almost 2 years-(September 2022). Haven’t had much problems here. Personally I feel this place is affordable with all of the uprising cost in living now a days. The leasing office is hard to reach but if you leave a message or send them an email, they do get back to you with in that day or just a few hours. I’ve never had a problem with the communication with the maintenance or apartment manager. The outside area is always getting cleaned and grass is always getting cut & made nice. Things have changed since I first moved here, but I feel this was all for the better. I love the neighbors that are always out there looking out for me and my kids, super nice as well when I have visitors. Just wished we had more parking space, and a bigger playground area.

I have lived here for two years, it been peaceful and nice the problem is getting hold of Management is a big problem. They only visit every on the 5th or 6th of every month to collect rent or serve Quit notice for those who didn't pay as at 5th. Besides those date you luckily will see them and they don't pick calls.

Is there an office manger or anyone who will answer the phone?

I scheduled an appointment for a tour online. They emailed me an appointment confirmation. When I walked into the office for my confirmed tour appointment I was met with coldness by the leasing office agent who informed me (with what sounded like irritation in her voice) that there are no available units. I told her their website confirmed my tour and their availability for a tour. She went back to working on her computer as if I was no longer there. Maybe she was already having a bad day at 9am...

I have been waiting since JANUARY for about 8 different work orders, including black mold, a leaky sink, and weather stripping on my front door. None of them have been worked on. These units are horrible. Every single resident I have spoken with here also has mold issues. Nothing is ever fixed. The dishwasher has ruined every single one of my dishes. I know two other residents that waited almost a week before their broken AC even got looked at. There has also been broken glass sitting in the basketball court for i don't know how many months, kids have cut themselves on it. Don't waste your time here.

Garbage everywhere nobody clean or fix anything and in less than two years I got my rent increased 3 times alot weird people alot drugs in this apartment i heard some apartments have molds problem too and my wife is in dialysis for immunocompromised

every time I come over there to visit there is no spots because the tenants have 3 or 4 vehicles taking up the spots with unregistered, broken vehicles just sitting there for weeks, and months when management is going to do their jobs and remove these vehicles so guests can park when visiting this place is awful.

Called for availability and showed up at the office with my money order. Doors was locked, waited for an hour , asked one of the residents rolling around in his wheelchair getting his mail…no one was there, where are the employees?I even left a voice messages

I don’t like Avion townhome we been here since 5 years and the rent is getting even higher and plus the deposit for dogs that’s a lot of money I think Cristy would be better than the women that is right now

Its been an aok place too live but them raising rent when they say its low income, then they change it too income restricted, and raise rent anyways:( doesn't help me or my family live here in comfort:( knowing i cannot work:( too help pay rent:( and half the time theyre not in the office too answer questions, and its rude too enter someones home without them there:( there should be a law of breaking and entering here? Or thats a breach of privacy.

I originally posted about not being able to get ahold of anyone 3 months ago if you read down you will see another post by me 10 months ago...

I am going to report with corporate at this point😒

I lived there for 5 years and they would not fix things in my townhouse i would tell you to not live there

Regardless if you have anything available or not do your job and ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!
