The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. Emma helped my husband and I upgrade our phones and she was very knowledgeable. The new phone I upgraded mine to they had in store. We spent time in the store getting everything set up and she even put my new screen protector on. We had to order my husband’s new phone to be shipped to the store. When it came in Emma helped us again to set up his phone. We were very happy with how friendly she was and it was a very pleasant experience for us both times.

I recently had an excellent experience with Verizon and wanted to share my positive feedback. The customer service at this store is outstanding especially Jake. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries. The store is well-organized, and they have a wide range of products to choose from. The network coverage is reliable, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my connectivity since switching to Verizon. Overall, I highly recommend Verizon to anyone looking for top-notch service and a seamless mobile experience. P.S. ask for Jake

Ben and Jaiden were so helpful today when we needed to purchase a phone and plan for Grandma. This is our 2nd time in this store and both times were positive experiences .

Walked into the Verizon store in Flagstaff at the mall location needing help with linking my email addresses to to my mail account. I was greeted by a tall young man named Jake. Jake was very helpful and pleasant to meet. He helped me with ease being very knowledgeable and patient helping me navigate my situation with my iPhone. If you have any questions regarding an iPhone I would recommend Jake.
