Love it amazing pool was fun over the summer an the gym I hit almost every day office lady bugged me when I hit my personal best hitting heavy weights honestly turn the tv u were watching
up I almost hurt my self cuz of it but other then that I have an amazing time there

I’m so happy being able to move in here! I have a backyard and we have so much room! This is my first own place without my parents and I’m so happy I’m having such a good experience! Everyone in the front office is so sweet and kind!

OH my Goodness The new Manager Brady is amazing!!! I can’t saw enough positive things about the improvements I am seeing at Broadmoor. The Maintenance Supervisor has a top notch team , Thank you guys for clearing the snow so my kids were safe yesterday and didn’t fall while playing outside. And OH My Goodness !!! The food in the office keeps me coming back. Thanks you Brandy and Matthew for everything yall are doing for our community yall Rock!!

my partner and i literally got our keys today but i already love this place so much. the staff is super friendly! kassandra has been amazing & super helpful & she even remembered us when we came in this morning which i really appreciated! our fridge didn’t work, and we didn’t realize it until almost 5pm. i was initially very frustrated thinking i would have to wait until after the weekend for maintenance (bad past experiences lol), however, before i knew it we had a new functioning fridge. seriously, within the hour. not only were they quick but super friendly as well. i have nothing but positive things to say about this place so far. i’m
really looking forward to living here! 🩷

I am so thankful for maintenance supervisor Matthew Wheelwright! He is so diligent on getting things done in the community and is fast to get all the snow cleaned up! I couldn’t ask for a better maintenance supervisor.

Appreciate all the help that Leslie gave me when applying and moving in, Megan and Kassandra also made the my move in smooth answering all my questions and going above and beyond.

great place to live moved in may. Me and my kids moved in to an older unit and was surprised how nice it was. After 2 months my wife had a list of small repairs she wanted to see if she could get renewed or fixed. The office staff was polite and understanding about the list. In less than 2 days it seamed an army of maintenance workers were on the case. In the end it took less than 1 hour to have all the repairs completed. In the end I couldn’t have ended up in a better place. Also my kids love the three play areas the B-ball court and the kid size soccer field.They are adding fantasy gym equipment that I’ll never use but it looks nice. As for the fees I keep seeing I was informed when I moved in about them and even with these fees I pay less on my rent then my old place and my kids are happier. Come take a tour see what I’m talking about.

Every time I have any problems and need something repaired, Broadmoor has is maintenance on the problems within an hour. I receive great service.

Did a great job especially from the office Haley she was awesome she made sure I was all taken care of and she even messaged me on my email and made sure that everything was okay and you look at it this way what apartment complex would ever do something like that well let me tell you Broadmoor village apartments is the ones that I'm talking about right now their maintenance yeah they may be a little bit on the understaffed but they sure are very quality people . and they make sure that you're well taken care of and that your problem is fixed and they're friendly is all convenient and I have to give them credit Stars the number one for me I would never move it anywhere else I love this place never had a problem with it the people are so nice that's with the office people and the maintenance they're great people thank you. This is Troy Allred . Lived here for about 5 years and will never want to go anywhere else other than him have a good night kudos for you guys great job proud of you good night.

The staff was wonderful and showed me all around the property as well as one of the townhomes. It was a fairly nice place albiet a little small. The grounds were very well taken care of too. If my financial situation was just a little different I would definitely move in!

Maintenance was very friendly and helpful with quickly resolving my concerns. Very knowledgeable especially about Ryan Reynolds' films. You guys are awesome!

Awesome as usual! Great maintenance team around here. They make me feel a bit more comfortable with...well, you know. You guys are awesome too! Now give me something I can do around here, to not only help but lower my rent 🙃 if possible. I'm a poor old lady...😉

Not bad moving in, some exposed wires & we had a hard time figuring out the washer. But really nice to have a space

I'm coming up on the end of my 3rd lease here and I have never loved an apartment more. The staff is great, reasonable and kind, maintenance responds day of when there's any sort of issue. I love the layout and vaulted ceilings of my one bedroom. Guest parking is always taken in the evening but I have an assigned spot and if I'm planning on someone coming over I'll snag a guest spot earlier in the day and have my company park in my spot. I've seriously had the best experience living here and wouldn't rent anywhere else.

I've lived in Broadmore Village for almost 3 years now. My family and I couldnt have picked a better place since we arrived from California.
Lexi, at the leasing office is an amazing person, and she is always available to help with any issues.
After being there for 2 years, my wife and I wanted to upgrade to a renovated unit, Lexi made the process so easy for us. Anytime there is an issue with the unit, Lexi and the rest of the leasing office employees are prompt to fix any issues asap.
The units are cozy and beautiful as well as having great amenities.
The overall feel of the place is so awesome because there is a lot of green areas for children to play with, there is plenty of playgrounds and in the summer the pool is where the party is always happening, not that the neighbors get loud. Everyone here is usually pretty chill.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a more comfortable place.

Where do I start, in the beginning was tough, moved here from California and needed a really spacious comforting 1 bedroom apartment. Did my dues by shopping around and of course you always try to find the best priced and adjust to how the apartment is to make ends meet financially. The staff here especially Lexi and Jennifer were more than amazing and comforting when barely moving to this state. I felt as if I walked into the office and it was just family so I was able to ask any questions and receive the best service in all aspects. Eventually I ended up getting the 1 bedroom apartment I was looking for and lived there for 2 years, the apartment had everything I needed. Just recently moved out but moved to another wasatch property. Top quality service and if I have ever to move again broadmoor is definitely one of my options. Thank you so much Lexi and Jennifer!!

Jessica and Jen have been phenomenal to work with! Any time I need something they jump on it and it’s fixed within a few hours. They make sure that all my apartment needs are met! I love these guys! I went from being a homeowner to renting due to some life changing circumstances. I was terrified to be renting again and they have made it the most pleasant experience! I really have enjoyed living here at Broadmoor Village!! Thank you Jessica and Jen!

This communities staff is awesome! Ryanne is super friendly, informative and sweet, Haylee is a wonderful & attentive manager and only hires the best staff! Michael on the maintenance staff is friendly and does a great job! Highly Recommend!
