Ace Hardware

Prices are a little higher than big box stores but, the little extra is worth not deal with all the B.S. that comes with other spots. Also this the only place to find specialty hardware that I have found in elizabethtown.

I will tell you right now, the employees are so friendly and helpful. They let you look around for a bit before offering you help. They don't pressure you like a lot of store's. I hate walking into a store and immediately they start on you. Not Ace. These people are professional.

As soon as I walk in the door I'm made to feel welcomed and I am always immediately asked if I need help. The employees are all extremely nice and eager to give you a great experience. The selection is quite extensive for a smaller hardware store and now they even sell ammo.

Love this place but they moved on me

I LOVE this hardware store! They are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is such a great alternative to a superstore. Parking is easy, there is always somebody to help you, and they even have local delivery ( I bought a tool chest and a grill, and they brought it right over to my house in a flash). Jeff Hardin is my hero... ask for him!

Love shopping here because it’s not a massive store and the staff are absolutely great. The store managers are particularly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended Ace Hardware.

Went there to look for an air compressor gasket to replace a broken one. The gentleman there was very helpful. He showed me a solution and asked if there was anything else I may need. When I said no he told me of a heck of a tool sale that they had going. I will keep in mind and may purchase it myself.

Great hardware store with much to offer where the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's also a good place to find hardware not found or available at Lowe's and Home Depot. If I could improve anything it would be to have a more convenient location closer to 31W and Ring Road.

They have alot of things to offer here. Not another place around that area like this store. Customer service is always spot on. If you are looking for something in particular, dont hesitate to ask. They are very helpful and friendly here.

This is a great store backed with friendly and helpful customer service like no other store! If you need help with anything the employees at this store go above and beyond the call of duty to assist their customers and give them helpful and accurate information! With the employees wide knowledge base you can rest assured that if you go in trying to explain what you need they'll be able to take the information given and lead you to the right part and give great tips to help you along! This is a GREAT STORE!

This store is FANTASTIC! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! The store is super clean, well organized and I can easily get in and out without having to walk a mile like I would in big box stores. They have great sales every months that I always take advantage of. They carry great brands too. Such as Yeti, Kamado Joe, and Craftsman. They also carry STIHL. I bought my trimmer from them and they informed me of the machines workings where they also started the machine for me. Very thankful to have them in town!

Awesome customer service. I dont care if a price was higher here than elsewhere. Customer sercice, friendly people dont exist anymore and this place is bringing it back

Great people and parts. They normaly have what I need especially when I have odd parts to replace. I love stainless steel bolts and screws and they've got what I need.
