Papa Johns Pizza

Experienced this pizzeria more than once in 2 weeks. Ordered online not knowing a marathon had it blocked off by police totally. Called in canceled order. Manager a real top notch problem solver. I selected to have the order made instead of refund. OKKKAY! (LIL John) voice. 🤣

I asked if they could accommodate a large order for me on the day before and they said yes. I called today and worked out the details and a pick up time. This store did just what we talked about. My order was ready at the agreed upon time. My 43 pizzas were warm and ready for me when I arrived on time to pick up my order. This store did a great job and I am thankful and grateful for their help. All of the pizzas were great!

I made a pizza for delivery just now. The person on the phone was friendly and business like. She told me to expect the delivery between 30 to 45 minutes. 26 minutes later the delivery man came. He was very clean, smiling, and actually called me sir! I see that work has been done at this location, for you can tell by the total customer satisfaction they displayed. Way to go Papa Johns!!

I primarily order on line for pickup on my way home. I have done so at this store least 6 times and the order is always right. The counter persons have greeted me promptly each time and the pickup is quick and painless. Taking advantage of coupons and specials is an added bonus, quality pizza at an excellent price. Keep up the good work.

I’ve always had my food delivered on time here. Toppings are always correct this is a really good Papa Johns location. I’ve chosen this place over the west Florissant store. Definitely going to keep coming back. Not to mention it’s a brand new and clean facility. 5/5 stars.

Love there pizza there been a couple situations where there was alot going on in the store and they messed up my order or gave me somebody else order but they fixed it and it was fine

Usually the customer service is ok,but today it was great!! The guy in the back greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He was super friendly and actually seemed happy that a customer came in! The manager was super nice too! Not to mention amazing garlic knots 😍

Poor girl working was alone on Easter, but she wasn't beaten down by it. Answering phones and making good pizza, all while being polite and quick to help. The pizza was great, and the value was hard to beat.

I'm pretty sure I gave this location the worst review a few years ago, but I've since learned the trick... order during day shift and pick up. Staff is friendly and orders are accurate. This location would save themselves a lot of headaches if they would just stop offering delivery.

She made my pizza rite chicken bacon and union pizza was good and looked good to cooled just rite

They did an excellent job on my pizza. I only order carry out, you can check your pizza before you leave.

The Best....I grew up in Chicagoland, Joliet, so I know good pizza. Every time oh, the pie comes out just right here. Excellent!

I always ordered from them even before they moved to S Florrisant..They was on W Florrisant..My order is always on time sometimes before time...and they are respectful and kind when they deliver my food....Food always hot and fresh...So im surprised abt these reviews cause Papa Johns is the ish.. they must have bought this building from the last owners cause they good in what they do...at least when ever i order

Service was great, pizza was delicious. This location was quick to take my order and get it to me.hot and fresh.

They take pride in making your pizza. If for any reason the order is wrong they will fix it. Very nice staff

The guy told me that I had to call from the number that I'd ordered from previously if I wanted them to deliver. Why can't they pull my address up like normal pizza restaurants? This is crazy. Papa John's has lost my business
