I needed a new furnace and A/C unit several years ago. In one day they gave me a quote for a better system with a lower price than the other guy. They have done the annual maintenance since then and have provided excellent service.

Awesome company with great service techs. Always on time and do very honest work. We’ve had other companies tell us we need a new system. John Waters came out and looked at it and indicated the problem was due to a recalled part. No charge at all-even the labor cost was covered in the recall. John Abell is the tech that usually comes to our house and he is superb! Highly recommend John Waters!

Great job servicing our AC and finding an issue that needed fixing. Fixed it and it wasn’t expensive or take long. Two weeks ago they did a great job w our other AC that had to be replaced. Thanks to all at John Waters.

I needed some HVAC work done to replace a poorly insulated duct that had started to rust. The estimation process was very quick and the pricing reasonable. The crew that came to make the repairs was courteous, professional, and efficient.

Dyer, Mark, and the rest of the team that worked on our home did an excellent job. They were courteous, punctual, and hard working. They ensured everything was cleaned up before they left each day and clearly communicated next steps throughout the process.

Excellent work for a fair price. Dyer and Robbie brought every outlet and light fixture up to code in my 75 year old house, plus added fixtures and extra outlets. They thoroughly answered all my questions and gave me good advice.
I called John Waters, Inc again when a tree damaged the electrical on the side of my home and they were out assessing it within thirty minutes. I had my power back on that afternoon.

I have an annual contract with John Waters and have for years. They are the absolute best. Recently, I allowed a competitor to do a "complimentary" assessment of my HVAC system. Coming out of it I was advised that my system needed ~$900 in repairs ...$600 critical and $300 nice to have. I immediately contacted John Waters to advise of competitor recs and provided them the documentation. They revieeed it and assured me there was no urgency for repairs and recommended I wait until my next appointment in 30
Days to review with technicians as that appointment would be free with my annual plan. I decided to hold and have my John Waters team out in 30 days. On that day 30
Days later, I told them I had to.leave for work, itrusted them and to make the repairs they deemed necessary. I even left my credit card with my mother to make sure to cover the costs I knew we're inevitable. Guess what that day cost me...$0. Yes, $0. They saw no need for the recommended repairs at this time. Honest, dependable and competent...John Waters. Thank you.

New whole house generator was installed in professional and efficient manner . The installers were very friendly and polite. I use John Waters for all A/c and heating issues .

Have had them install a AC unit as well as the complete ductwork. Great job and kept to the committed timeline. Also, had a 200 amp panel upgrade and gave another fair price. The reason I am now writing this review as we had an issue with our AC after 3 years and we got a 10 year parts and labor warranty that I figured they would try and get out of like most companies. Not John Waters. Called first thing in the morning, they were there within 3 hours and had it up and running. No charge to me! Shook my hand and said thank you for being a customer at a John Waters. Would highly recommend.

I evaluated a few companies before I choose John Waters. They came in at a very fair cost, superior product, superior professionalism, superior installation, superior quality, and superior maintenance and service. They have never failed me and the cheaper companies always did. They replaced a 6 year old system the cheaper companies failed me on. Don't spend 2 times the money when you can have peace of mind in quality and service from true professionals.

Arrived on time; clean cut and friendly. Listened to me, explained things and followed up on my questions. An unexpected but much appreciated action was that he put on shoe covers before coming in the house. That is a professional courtesy. Good experience with the scheduling ladies at the office.

I was having issues with my a/c units blower not functioning. John waters sent a technician out the same day as my phone call to diagnose the issue. They figured out the issue and gave me a temporary fix until they could get the part the next day. The next day they called with a very reasonable price for parts and labor to fix the issue, and got it done that same day. I'll be using this company again.

They replaced our entire furnace and added air conditioning for our home 9 years ago. We’ve had very few problems with the system, but when something has come up, they were very responsive and affordable. They are always available and work quickly to get us taken care of. We highly recommend John Waters.

From the start, Cathy from the service dept. (I think) is kind, attentive and genuinely fun to talk to.
Brett has worked on our unit and family members and we are all so happy with the work he does and how he communicates with us. He is a great person and I trust him 100%. Thank John Waters for great service. Kinda like the olden days when people really knew how to work.
