Our salesperson Mercedes was creative, courteous and very responsive which we always appreciate. We had dealt with Carpet Specialists when we first remodeled our mid-century modern home in Louisville so when it was time for a do-over in the walk-out part of our home (lower level) we said why go elsewhere? I knew Carpet Specialists were good, but I just found out how good !! I just had to replace the carpet in our guest room (don’t ask 🤪🤦🏻‍♀🫠). Because of the pattern in the carpet and different dye lots I was definitely concerned that it wasn’t going to end well but, I was pleasantly surprised!! Jose and his team arrived on time, were polite and most importantly nailed it !!! I’m attaching a picture so you can see how well he matched the pattern. My mind is blown and I’m extremely grateful!!!

The absolute best. We will never use another for our future flooring needs. Our first encounter was with Brittany who measured the room our flooring was going to be put in, she was super kind and helpful. Next, we were contacted by our salesperson Greg, he was helpful, friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and his suggestions proved to be incredibly useful. Flooring was installed in one day, carpeted stairs, another. Both staff were friendly, quick, yet thorough, and did a phenomenal job. I have heard horror stories about luxury vinyl being installed wrong but we stepped on every plank before moving our furniture back and they’re secure and absolutely gorgeous. It’s been a long time since we have had any work done to our house HASSLE FREE so thank you so much to literally every staff member we encountered. We appreciate your professionalism so much.

Our Carpet Specialists installment crews were topnotch. They chiseled out the ancient slate floor in our entranceway and laid down a laminate floor, tweaking the level of subflooring to create a seamless mesh with the adjoining floors. They did almost that entire job while one of us was cooling his heels at an auto shop waiting on a simple repair. A week later Ormonda and his helper replaced the carpets in two bedrooms, a hallway and a stairway. Since we hadn't ordered carpet for three adjoining closets, we didn't bother to remove our clutter from the floors. But with some carpet left over, Ormondo and crew took it upon themselves to move our junk aside and carpet all three closets. What a pleasant surprise that was! We also had some leftover stairway carpet, so Carpet Specialists is turning that into a runner and throw rug for the new entranceway, free of charge. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

In the two years our company has worked exclusively with Carpet Specialists they have consistently been on time and within budget. They offer the best customer service and project management in the industry. The showroom offers a wide variety of choices and always quality product we can put our name behind as a builder. We couldn’t have been happier with the runner and service. The installation team were so polite and kind. They took the time to make sure the runner was lined up because of the curve of stairs was not simple. We are very happy and would hands down use them again.

I have used Carpet Specialist several times over the last eight years. They recently replaced carpet in my great room and two bedrooms. She helped us pick out a flooring that would work well with the tile in the foyer and office, our furniture and our fireplace. It wasn't the easiest and we greatly appreciated her expertise with finding an LVP that looks awesome. It was such a pleasure working with Susan.

And the installers were top notch! Tim and Brian from Louisville Flooring Solutions were so friendly and very knowledgeable with the install. When they removed the carpet and found places where the floor was unlevel, Tim went the extra mile to level out the bad spots to ensure a smooth floor next to the foyer tile. Everything was handled very professionally and with respect. Now I will not have any floor installed by anyone else. They have my confident referral.

Our home in Florida was flooded by hurricane Ian. I’ve worked with Greg many times in the past for our flooring needs. He never disappoints! He was very helpful pulling carpets/rugs that would flow well from one room to the other. He arranged shipping and delivery with a local vendor to assist us getting our home back together. I’ve recommended Carpet Specialists many times to friends and family.

We are extremely pleased with the Carpet Specialists hardwood flooring installation team. They did excellent work. They were hard working and aimed to please. They cleaned up each evening and were very respectful of us and our home.

This company and the employees are all about customer satisfaction and loyalty. I had hardwood floors installed throughout my home and unfortunately had a problem with some boards. I've been to plenty of carpet stores and this one was one of the best I've visited. They were very knowledgeable and happy to help. Their selection is very good and they don't use cheap material. Happy to be getting my carpet from here. Havnt had the install done yet but I expect it to be a good experience.
