I was so excited this was coming back to florence. I stop in weekly to see what's new and buy at least one thing everytime I'm in. I do wish the buying was more consistent. Sometimes it feels like I'm in platos closet. Some of the items in store wouldn't sell even at goodwill with the amount of holes and wear in them. Make sure you check everything before purchasing as I've gotten home and realized big holes or stains on items. I have gotten some excellent pieces though as well, just have to spend more time inspecting pieces. Overall glad they are back.

Update:Pkease note that I put 99 cents in my review originally and also many people reuse their plastic bags from many types of stores. I know I do. You are sending the wrong message to your customers...... I received an email stating NO more plastic bags being used for clothing purchases by customers. Seriously?! This location is charging 99 cents for a plastic bag and $1.99 for a reusable bag. This is absolutely ridiculous and incredibly stupid! I guess the population from California and Oregon have officially moved to Florence, KY! This location is taking full advantage of using and abusing their customers! Also, this location better STOP using ink pens, hangers, laundry baskets for clothing and plastic pieces for price tags!! No more selling gift cards either! Since this location is going "green" (WOKE), we the customers are watching you and what you THINK is good for your customers needs to be good for you, too! Lots of clean up is now needed to rid this store of everything PLASTIC! Good grief, good-bye and good riddance!!

Wish I could rate them at zero stars. The store employee tells my wife on the phone to bring in clothes for them to look at. We bring the clothes in and we're told they're not buying anything at this
time..but we could donate them!!! Nothing like 100% profit for a consignment.

Unrealistic evaluation of items. Took in items called for status they told me one thing (excepted 3 or of shoes ) and when I sent for my tote they took the most expensive item leather boots and gave me $5. That's a no go for me. Will not be back.

Disappointed to say the least daughter went tonight found a pair of pants originally 12.88 with price tag still attached and a clearance sticker for 3.00 they are charging 12.99
