Premier Dental Partners Downtown

Unbelievably, I enjoy my visit to my dentist and all who work there. So much so that, I drop off a dozen cookies weekly, INSOMNIA. I’m pedaling around downtown doing UberEats. I’ve the connection so I treat those who TREAT ME WELL. Another thing I deeply RESPECT about Dr. Whistler. Is he doesn’t prescribe detrimental painkillers that causes addiction. He’s a caring Doctor, I’m turning 70 next year and so far, he’s number 1.

Dr. Whissler is fantastic, I had a crown done and was nervous about it. Its all finished now and it feels great. He is a nice and understanding dentist. Hard to find if you ask me. The rest of the office treats me very kindly and are professional. Thank you Premier Dental!

Premier Dental Downtown is an excellent facility. My Dental hygienist, Denise, is exceptional. Always does professional job, so patient, giving you good advice and encouragement to a be better.😊

Great dentist, very thorough with their imaging and cleanings, and they explained things in a way that didn't feel like they were shaming me for my bad habits like I've felt in the past from other dentists I've had. The space they've got is very nice and modern and very well cleaned. Definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs a new dentist

I love Premier Dental Partners. Especially our hygienists, as my daughter refers to her, Mrs. Denise. She is so patient, and always has our best interests! Great place for even the little ones!

I’ve been going here for many years and really appreciate all of the staff. In fact, they have become friends. Hygienists are thorough and teach me about my health. The interim Dr Whistler did two crowns for me without a single issue and is a complete sweetie. The staff up front are lovely and approachable. All around a great spot.

Well...what can I say about this awesome dental office! Amanda and Erica are my FAVORITE people! The front desk really matter to me. They most definitely do their jobs and more! EVERY time I visit the downtown location they are extremely helpful. From the crazy parking to handling my bills to making appts for me! THEY TAKE CARE OF ME. One day I came in and they BOTH were off...I almost rescheduled. The worst experience with the guy who works in the office behind them...but I got through it knowing I would see them again. I pray that Erica's mom stays well and they schedule my appts around their off days! Ladies, Premier Dental Downtown STL would not run without you! I love this place. Going to the dentist is fun with them around! STAY BLESSED LADIES!!

I love this group! I have disabilities that they consider during my routine visits and other specialty work. I have recently moved about 30 minutes away and have no problem with traveling that distance. It’s hard to find compassionate professionals who are also good at what they do…I want to keep them! They are the best!

I’ve been going here for years. They’ve changed dentists a few times but we have always received excellent care. The ladies at the front are very friendly and helpful and the hygienist are really great. Denise and Krissy are both very attentive. There’s a new dentist there I’ve seen twice now and he is also very kind. It’s unlikely that I’ll ever go anywhere else. They even got both my kids in on a Saturday last year during summer break. Best part about the service, is that you always know upfront any costs you may incur outside of your insurances. So we’ve never gotten an unexpected bill or anything like that.

Dental partners downtown are the nicest people. They cater to my needs and try to do what's best for me. They are such a great bunch! I appreciate everything you guys do.

A little late start due to an emergency, but overall experience was excellent and Denise, the hygienist was excellent!

I had my first appointment here and it was with Dr. Wissler. He gave me an exam, that felt thorough, efficient and not rushed; and pinpointed all areas of need. He prioritized the ones I also felt were most important. He has a very pleasant demeanor, putting me at ease for communicating all questions. He answered thoroughly and never applied pressure, just made recommendations. We came up with a treatment plan and Amanda it the front desk explained what my Benefits covered and suggested I postpone some work until the new benefit year. Great experience. I felt my needs would be met and that I would be heard as well.

I took a chance by going outside my network due to scheduling. I am thoroughly thankful that I did. The customer service, dental car and establishment were all superior to other offices I've visited throughout the years.

Front desk: They were genuine, kind and informative about the care provided, scheduling and quotes. Having zero issues with my questions and concerns being answered and understood.

Care: Extremely precise and professional. Made me feel confident I was receiving high quality care.

Establishment: Felt welcoming as soon as I walked in. No intimidating feeling in the atmosphere. From seating to dental instruments this is one of the cleanest offices and dental establishments I've ever seen.

While living in St. Louis I will only receive my dental care here.

They got a new doctor and he’s way nicer. I was ready to switch after the last one but the new guy seems great and professional.

The office was able to fit me in within 24 hours and the entire staff was kind and helpful without making me feel embarrassed. They give you options and recommendations, are transparent about insurance coverage, and coordinate all next steps for you. This interaction helped me feel a little less anxious about my next visit.

I have been going to this office for almost 10 years. They are always professional, provide education, and help me take great care of my team. YES, we partner on oral care and they are excellent partners.

This was the best cleaning I’ve had. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They talk you through step by step of what they’re doing and encourage you to ask questions. They are very thorough with their cleanings. There was no wait and it was in and out! My appointment wasn’t until August and they called to get me in today.

First time getting a crown and I am pleased with the results. It felt completely natural from the start. This place does great work!
