They have never been rude or disrespectful to me and always ask if there was anything else I needed.

The woman who works on Monday night is always friendly & helpful. She makes it nice to do business there.

The girl behind the counter was extremely nice quick and easy

Almost a perfect storm of Murphy's law.
We forgot to get gas in our home town, so we made a pit stop here. It is not their fault that they were a little out of the way. After making some poor navigational choices, I wound up here. First thing after putting thr nozzle in I noticed gas dripping down my hand. I went inside to wash my hand leaving my wife to finish up at the pump. I told the lady about the nozzle leaking, she seamed unconcerned. I picked up some drinks and dipping dots. When I got back to the car my wife told me that gas sprayed out all over our brand new car so we had to find a car wash as the one attached was blocked off. To top it all off I dropped my wife's spoon and spilled melted dipping dots all over myself. It ended up making a 5 minute gas stop into a 30 minute test of patience.

Pump would not read Kroger card for my 10 cent a gallon off gas and went inside and got a confusing answer as to how to get it. Went back out filled up with gas and went in to get 10 cents off on my purchase and then made clear to me i had to give her my cards.

Why do you only have very sweet and disgusting flavors of slushy? Come on who really drinks strawberry with coconut it was so bad threw it out and your mango is not even good how you gonna make profit just put something simple plus it says no sugar added there is no way please change flavors that you have. but I do love your employees

Will not be back there. Was a good place to go to for a little bit since Walmart ain’t 24/7 anymore always loved going in there for small snacks and other stuff. But won’t be back there again. Will definitely be going to the one on Paducha road instead they have way better staff members than the one on Paris road

I shop and fuel here regular. Even overlooked double charges on redbull in the past but now this morning the fellow wanted to charge $4.43 for a fountian drink because it wasnt thier mug. Where anywhere else 1.47. -1.56. Missed out on a good sale this morning because i was about to fuel up and get my other supplies plus the normal 1200 + yearly iv spent there. No more. Ill never go here again. Caseys are 5 star are anywhere but here. So if any of you other early morning work guys are ladies you know what to expect from here

The employees are beyond rude. I went in to pay for my gas & I was going to get a monster. I took a monster out of the fridge, & proceeded to realize that I didn't want to pay that much for a monster when you can get them cheaper at other places, so I attempted to put it back into the fridge and I couldn't. I seen an employee watching me trying to put it back in & I know she seen me struggling, but she didn't say anything or try to help so I set it on a shelf beside the refrigerator, and went to pay for my gas. While I was paying for my gas the employee who WATCHED me try to put it back in there was mouthing off about what I did, talking to a customer about it and being plain rude, all because she had to put a can in the fridge. & making a point to make sure I heard her, she has to be at least 30 and was being mean, rude, obnoxious and immature because she had to put a can in a fridge. I left with my feelings hurt, and no gas because I was not about to give them money with how rude they were to me, will not be going here again. I did go to the new pockets afterwards though, & the employee there made my night. 😊😊

Bought a small bottle of milk, found it soured and past its expiration date, so I took it back. The clerk who sold it to me refused to replace it or give a refund.

The gas pump malfunctioned and would not stop running. An employee came out to help and did their best but gas was everywhere. The store manager asked me to pay for the gas that was lost due to THEIR malfunction and I refused. They have since called me trying to set up a payment plan to pay for their malfunction. Does anyone else see a problem with this? I would not recommend using Pocket Shell unless u are willing to pay their ticket to fix problems that may occur with their equipment while in use.

Went to the bathroom, while in there, one of the employees came in, took care of their business, then left without washing their hands. GROSS!!! Went to manager to complain and manager just brushed it off as it was no big deal. Will not be back. No telling how many nasty germs are on everything in that place!!!!
