Wayne at Linwood in Mayfield helped tremendously with getting me into a great vehicle! He took the time to answer and explain any questions I had! He also showed me all of the features the car came with and how to use each! Super nice and so was our finance guy (didn't catch his name!). Glad to do business with this company!

I was truly shocked and so very happy with the service, fixed several issues with my 2017 Silverado had the truck back to me in the blink of an eye. I've been all over the country. I work on the road dealt with dealers all over. I can't say enough about Linwood Chevrolet best dealer ever.

My service visit, as always, was a great one! Trevan and Amber were great to work with, and they kept me informed as a repair was done on my car. Barry and Tasha in the parts department had the part it needed in stock, a rarity in my experience at other dealerships! Their top technician, Matt, fixed my problem quicker than I had expected, and Sean-Paul was able to service the vehicle for me while it was there, and I did not have an appointment! I dropped my car off in the late morning, and I was able to pick my it up just before they closed. Trevan even stayed a little late to give me back my keys. That was clutch! I appreciate the Linwood service department making this a positive experience when most of us dread going to any service shop. They have a great team in place, and I'll definitely be back again! (Hopefully without a check engine light on)

Shout out Trevan in the Service area at Linwood of Mayfield for maintaining patience and providing outstanding service by working with me up to 35 minutes after close on a Friday night when my final bill (after extended warranty coverage) came out to a significant amount more than I anticipated it would.

He never once seemed frustrated and had a smile the whole time while we did a lot of different math problems to try to determine exactly where the issue was.

Trevan tried to find any solution he could for me considering all the other departments had turned off their lights and gone home. We were able to work together to find a few an item the extended warranty should be covering. Trevan called them right then and there to get it covered so I could leave with my vehicle that night.

What could have been a stressful situation was truly a great experience! Thank you Trevan!

Very happy with overall experience. The service team was quick at defusing the whole recall situation and took mine and my newborn daughters safety into consideration with being able to get a loaner vehicle. Will definitely be coming back for services needed done.

Drove up from Alabama to purchase a new GMC 2500 Denali these guys were on point! Very professional group of folks …the easiest purchase I have ever made! Two years ago I was looking for a used car. Mike Mix went out of his way & put me in my 1st ever brand new Spark. Last December I needed a larger vehicle & I went where I knew I would be well taken care of. Mike was a little surprised that I was going to turn Sparky in but was happy to help me again. I drove off the lot with my new 2020 Sonic Blue Sonic. Thank you to everyone at Linwood of Mayfield. I'm very pleased with Sonic.
12/21 I still have my Sonic and their service dept is just as good as their Sales dept. Linwood of Mayfield has all my automotive business.
