Very friendly staff. They make you feel at home before you even walk in the door. They ran into a few issues while installing the camper on our truck and quickly addressed and fixed the issues and sent us on our way in the timeframe discussed before arrival! Top notch place!

After searching for a specific travel trailer I looked nationwide and found the specific trailer I wanted and at a great price. A friend and I called in and started to speak with Brandy I had no idea how fast the deals would move or how easy it would be to get done. We drove round trip over 2300 miles to pick up our trailers and we couldn’t have been any happier. When we got there everyone was extremely nice and welcoming once we finished our deal we shared some stories and some laughs. A huge shoutout to the girl in the front desk, Brandy, Macy, Trevor, and Cody. We are now back home and very grateful we will be back when it’s time for us to trade them in.

Great interaction from customer and service departments. I would highly recommend. We love our new 22 Whitehawk 27RK and Brandy was on top of the whole process with ensuring a smooth pickup and sales.

We just bought our first 5th wheel (2022 JAYCO North Point) from Youngbloods RV in Cape. They were beyond helpful from the time we walked in. The salesman was not pushy at all. He answered every question we had about several RV’s. We found one that we really liked and said we would think about it. We looked at this fifth wheel 4 different times and the salesman pulled it out and had it hooked up with the ac going 2 of those times. The purchase was seamless. The staff walked us through everything on the trailer taking an hour and a half on the day we picked it up. We were very grateful for all of the help they gave us. They also said if we had any questions not to hesitate to call them. When we got home we had a question about the hydraulic leveling jacks and they answered it over the phone. They whole team was amazing to work with. If you are wanting to buy an RV I would highly recommend Youngbloods at Cape.

First time purchasing a travel trailer. We had been looking for 6+ months at different travel trailers. We live in NW Indiana, so had mostly been looking locally. We contacted Youngblood for a trailer that had actually just sold to someone else. However, I spoke with Roger about the trailer we were actually looking for, which happened to be a different model Jayco than the one I had called to inquire about. He was not only an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely friendly, he was also so helpful. He searched and found us the exact trailer we wanted at another one of their locations, with a recent price drop! It was perfect timing to be honest. Where most other dealers were extremely pushy and “salesman”, that was not the case at all with Roger. He was just genuinely trying to help us!

They moved the trailer from the other location to the mayfield location. We came to pick it up and were greeted by such warm southern hospitality!

Brandy, the finance woman was so kind, gave hotel recommendations knowing we were coming in from out of town, and made everything so simple for us!!

Trevor was the BEST! He did the walk through with us, covered everything we needed to know, answered all of our questions, helped with the hitch and even drove with us until we felt comfortable handling the trailer on our own.

Overall experience far exceeded our expectations! We are so thankful we didn’t buy from another dealer! Would highly recommend Youngblood!! If we ever upgrade, we’ll absolutely be shopping with them again.

I recently had to order a part for my Grand Design Solitude, so I contacted the company and they advised me to contact a number of vendors because they could only ship this part via 3rd party. So I called around the phone numbers Grand Design provided. As soon as I contacted Youngblood's RV and started talking to their parts department, I knew I wanted to work with them they were sounding so willing to help. So they assisted me in getting the part I needed ordered in a timely manner. The parts person (Holly) called me back twice to provide me with shipping updates and price updates for my needed item. The parts manager even followed up to assist me. Great customer service start to finish. THANKS AGAIN YOUNGBLOOD's RV for all your help.

The base plate on our Jeep Grand Cherokee which we tow behind our RV came loose while we were traveling with a group. We contacted Erica in Youngblood's service department, and she had us bring the Jeep in as soon as we arrived in the late afternoon. Terry in the service department immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. Parts were ordered and came the next day. Terry stayed late that day and came in early the next morning so we were on the road only one day behind our group. Terry did an excellent job on what turned out to be a complicated problem. We greatly appreciate their effort immediately starting work and continuing until it was completed. Their customer service was expliary, and we highly recommend them in Mayfield, KY.

Youngblood’s RV is an awesome family business that we enjoy visiting. Cody and the service dept never hesitates to answer any questions we may have or schedule us for service. Their showroom has a very good selection of outdoor living and rv products. We’ve done business with them for several years and plan to continue for many more years.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. They got us in last minute while we were passing through in our motorhome. They were polite, fast, and efficient. Got us in and out within 2 hours without having an appointment. 5 stars ⭐ would definitely recommend.

Youngbloods did a wonderful job fixing our camper! They worked on our camper in a timely manner and it was done in no time. They took care of us after we had been lied and stole from, from an individual who claimed to run a camper repair business. They made sure that they communicated with us on insurance and how long it would take to repair the flooring on our camper. It was very comforting seeing people actually caring about us and our home away from home. Will definitely have youngbloods on the top of our list for any camper needs we have for now on!

We are traveling through and stopped by to pick up a part for our RV. They guys in the parts department were so helpful. They educated us on several aspects of our RV and sold us the parts we needed. The young lady at the front counter was friendly and informative about the town of Mayfield. She even had puppy treats for our rattle. We highly recommend shopping here for all your RV needs.

I always like to start with the positive: We had an idea of the Travel Trailer we wanted, and reached out to numerous dealers within 150 mile radius.
Tommy @ Youngblood found us what we wanted, and at a price no one else could even come close to.
We drove just over 2 hours to check it out. WOW, beautiful!

Next, we got to meet Brandy who helped us through the financing process. Not only is she a sweetheart of a lady, but she worked her magic and made it happen! We were on a budget, and she did it!
She's a fun/happy person to talk to, and we loved seeing her when we came in.

While there, the owner Mr. Youngblood walked with us, showed us the trailer, and even stayed and chatted for a while. Very nice & down to earth gentleman.

When we went to pick up our Travel Trailer, we had the pleasure of meeting Jim. Jim is so amazing! He went through the travel trailer with us checking every corner, seam, pocket, buttons, etc. He left no cushions unturned to make sure everything was working right, and answered every question we had. Jim also gave us some wonderful ideas and suggestions. Mr. Jim, you are an incredible asset at Youngbloods!

We also want to give Cathy at the front desk a shout out - she was always so sweet and polite whenever we called & the times we came in.

Kudos to the folks working in the service department! We were watching you all working so hard to make everything right, so families like ours can make memories. Thank you!

Now for the bad..... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! There is nothing bad I can say about anything or anyone.

Youngbloods help us with some warranty items on our imagine camper. They sent out a young man by the name of Brandon who was very professional by treating our camper like it was his. He answered all our questions and made sure everything worked as it should. Definitely recommend Youngbloods and appreciate their service to detail .

Great selection of RVs and the sales staff was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the units and the options available. The salesman was able to show us every unit we wanted to see. We told the salesman up front that we are not going to buy until next year and he never tried to force us to rush our decision. Covid has affected the RV option and unit available but they still had a great selection. They have a large amount of supplies and tools for your RV in the service area. They also had kayaks.
