Stopped by T-Mobile at the Mall in Flagstaff. Jose was so helpful; his Customer Service skills are outstanding -- what an asset to your store! He answered all our questions and did it with a smile! My husband and I are in our 70's, so not very tech-savvy. Jose was patient and kind. We would highly recommend Jose's service.

Exceptional costumer service from Jahir, he helped with all the questions I had and also showed me small tips and tricks about my device!! Was very patient with me when I was foggy on a few questions then cleared everything up for me. What an amazing employee here and had a great attitude with me. Highly recommend this store for your tech needs

Everyone at the store was incredibly helpful, especially Jose! He helped me set up 4 phones on T-Mobile and figure out the best value for trade in on my old phones. He was also very patient with us, especially with getting our transfer PINs from our cell providers.

Jose at the Flagstaff Mall was very helpful as he changed our phone screen covers, explained how the T-Mobile Tuesdays program and how to use the internet. He has a pleasant personality and was so welcoming!

This is going to sound dramatic but Jahir literally saved me from losing my mind! I had gone to at least 3 other locations to try and get a new phone after mine randomly bricked while on vacation 3000 miles from home. His attitude and personality made me instantly feel better and he did the most to make sure i left with a phone! By the time i left i just wanted to cry tears of happiness because the rest of my experiences were so frustrating. Jahir is the best and he made this beginning of our vacation memorable in the best way. I can’t thank you enough!

I went to T-mobile to get internet, I was helped by Jose and Kyle they were so helpful and provided amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend asking for them to help you. If I could go to any T-mobile it would 100% be this one.

My experience with T-Mobile has been outstanding, primarily due to one of your Assistant Managers named Kyle. I don't know the store #, but it is located in the mall in Flagstaff. Not to be over the top, but as a previous tech I think he should have his own store.

Such a great experience in-store compared to talking on the phone. ALWAYS go to the store if you can instead of calling Customer Care... Lindsey and Sam was knowledgeable, patient and kind while working with me which made me feel more secure in my choice of changing providers and starting with T-mobile. Full experience was very clear, concise, and thorough (getting phones, changing numbers, best deal for me, applying screen protectors & cases, etc.)

This location is great! We first went to the Plaza location and were rudely turned away by the employees who had decided to close up early. We had a broken phone, so went straight to this location. The employees, Jose and Kyle were extremely gracious and were happy to help us. The store was pretty busy and they were handling it great. Jose helped us pick out a new phone and even stayed after close to help set it up. We could tell that he knew what he was doing and really trusted his input on phones. Both Jose and Kyle were extremely helpful and we are so grateful that they were able to help us that night! Really disappointed with the Plaza location, but Jose and Kyle saved the day!

I had a rare problem with my account that took some time getting to the root of. Samantha M. at the Flag' Mall store was great on every level, and I cannot commend her enough!

Sales rep #178 was very helpful and professional and he helped me select the right phone for me to upgrade. Keep up the great customer service.

Sam is a outstanding person so nicely when she greets you and customer service is a plus with her make her a manager also looks nice and perfectly clean and obviously knows what she’s doing A 100 percent of the time go Sam you rock

Kyle was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. My account got cancelled due to roaming and when I called the T-Mobile customer service from a friends phone they told me I had to go to a T-Mobile store to get it fixed. I had to drive over two hours to the nearest store here and Kyle was super helpful. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fully fix the situation because in fact it had to be handled with a customer service person on the phone. Super frustrating that I wasted my whole day driving to town, but Kyle got me squared away.

We went in the other night to get our bill fixed. We were also needing help with some connection problems. Capi and Lindsey were too notch. We have always had great help there. Sam and Matt are great also.

Staff is very helpful and nice. Thank you Matthew and Sam. They took great care of myself and my family.

Today I embarked on an epic journey from Tuba City to Flagstaff to resolve a pesky e-SIM problem haunting my cellular experience since that was the nearest store to me. Little did I know that my visit to the T-Mobile store would be an unforgettable adventure filled with fantastic people and a dash of humor!
From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff at the T-Mobile store greeted me with genuine warmth and hospitality.

My main protagonist in this grand quest for a functioning e-SIM was Matthew. His technical prowess and charming demeanor instantly put me at ease. It felt as if we had known each other for ages, and before I knew it, my phone woes were vanquished in seconds! The way Matthew navigated through the intricacies of my cellular issue left me in awe. I could practically see the gears turning in his head as he masterfully resolved the problem, all while exchanging witty banter.
But the adventure didn't end there! As I waited for the magical fix, I enjoyed engaging with the rest of the crew. It was like stumbling upon a treasure trove of friendliness and good vibes. Kyle, with his infectious laughter, and Jennifer, with her incredible knowledge of all things mobile, made my time in the store an absolute joy.

The camaraderie among the staff was evident and created an atmosphere that felt more like a gathering of friends rather than a typical retail encounter. They effortlessly combined professionalism with humor, making the whole experience truly memorable.

What wonderful employees they have at the Flagstaff Mall T-Mobile store! I had returned (changed my mind in using) hardware sent to me to set up internet and phone service and waited for it to show up for a refund. NO, it never happened and even late charges were applied. A call to Customer Service ended with no action because they insisted I offer a PIN which I never established. Amazing! Then I went to the nearest T-Mobile store. They refused to help me after a heated discussion about huge charges for service I never used and the equipment I returned with their permission. Out of desperation, I decided to try again at their Flagstaff Mall store. I had by now spent hours on phone and in person and was refused customer service. BUT! Within minutes they understood and corrected my problem. They showed me the account is now dropped to ZERO dollars due. As it should have been with my first contact to Customer Service. Please go to the Flagstaff Mall T-Mobile store if you have problems with your statement. They are so willing to help and correct your problems immediately - they understand customers and gladly help!
