I had two workers from Riley's Carpet Cleaning come out yesterday and their cleaning machine broke down and that was a bit disappointing since everything was moved that could be moved out of the way so we had to reschedule but they were willing to offer a discount for all the disappointment and rescheduling. They always do such a nice job cleaning my carpet. Their charges are very reasonable and they are honest, hard-working, pleasant, and do a good job on cleaning carpets!

They were on-time, organized and very professional. There was one secret stash of filth behind our bathroom sink and they found it and cleaned it. Most companies don't do the little things like that. I was very impressed with this experience and recommend the company to all!

Very professional, efficient and customer centered. They have been the ONLY carpet cleaners I have had that have moved my furniture to clean under it. Also attention to detail was amazing. They put Styrofoam pieces under the furniture to keep it from getting on the wet carpet, had protection on the corners for the coiled hose, and wiped up the tile floor as they left! Also returned to take care of a spot that did not come out the first time. Definitely recommend!

We hired Riley's Carpet Cleaning to clean the grungy carpets of our office suite. I'm very pleased to say our carpets are grungy no more! They showed up in between the time window we selected, they were super friendly to work with, and the machines they used are awesome. We thought about replacing our carpet, and now we don't need to. I'm serious It looks that good! We're so thankful for Riley's for helping us save money to invest in other places.

They protected my walls/corners, and even put my furniture up on protectors to prevent the legs leaving any possible rust spots.
