Ryan was our technician and he was professional, respectful, and friendly. He took the time to ask and understand exactly what we wanted done to our carpet. We had an elderly dog and Ryan was very thorough and got all the stains and smells out. I was pleasantly surprised that he left our carpet feeling and looking like new! He also took great care in protecting our hardwood floors, baseboards and furniture. I am more than pleased with the experience we had, and it was all thanks to Ryan and the quality work that was delivered! I highly recommend TNT!

I am posting an updated review because after I posted my negative review, I was contacted by the owner of the company because he was concerned about the bad review and wanted to make it right. I was informed he had an employee who was not doing the quality work he expected and that employee was no longer with the company. He came to my house and checked the work and we decided that the duct cleaning needed to be redone. He came and did the work HIMSELF for no charge. He was so great to work with. My ducts are clean now and my house is practically dust-free. Trent and Marla were very responsive and I'm grateful they were willing to right the situation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs duct cleaning done.

Back in October I hired TNT to come and clean my air ducts and returns. They charge a flat rate, which is great because there is no upselling involved, so I was happy about that. The technician showed up on time, was friendly and seemed very professional. I thought that after having all my air ducts and returns cleaned my house would be less dusty, but it turns out my house might be MORE dusty than it was before. I am not satisfied. They came highly recommended so I am quite disappointed. Also, the technician cut a hole in the ductwork of my furnace and did not inform me until after he was finished with the "cleaning" that he had done this. I feel like I should have been informed he would need to do this before he cut the hole.

Tnt is the best carpet cleaning company. Prompt. Friendly. Efficient. Respectful. And above all the right price. We have used this company for 9 to 10 years and always gets a 5 star from us.

TNT did an amazing job on our carpets!! Between kids and housebreaking a dog I thought the only solution was to replace our carpets. BUT then Ryan came and treated all the spots and thoroughly cleaned everything so well the carpet looks as nice as the day we moved in!!! On top of the great job they do cleaning, their owner and staff are very professional, polite and prompt. I highly recommend their services. Thank you!!

I am a real estate agent and have used several different carpet cleaning companies throughout my career, but I have never been as happy with the results as I have been with TNT! Not only can they CLEAN the carpets, but they can also repair them!! I had them do my home after a flooding disaster and was so amazed at what a great job they do, that I have continued to use and recommend them to all of my clients as well. Trent just finished cleaning and repairing a townhome for me, and I was so impressed with the results! I could not even tell where he had patched a pet damaged hole in the carpeting and he got out all of the huge black stains in the carpeting as well!

Ryan, cleaned our whole house it took him around 3 hours, it was hot and a big job, but he was happy and friendly the entire time. Our carpets looked amazing afterwards! Amazing! Ryan came into our rental unit and was so professional. He did a wonderful job. I was so shocked that they were able to get my old carpets looking new agan. Also the owner was so wonderful to deal with. He cares about the service he provides! Best company I have ever used and I will definitely have them come back.

I called around and collected quotes from multiple companies. They were not lowest but not highest and did not try to sell me extra things I didn't need. They came in and cleaned up all the vents, supply and cold air returns along with the furnace and surrounding area. Trent was very responsive and sent over quote quickly. I was scheduled within a week and Eric was very professional, efficient and courteous ensuring every space was completely clean.
Had a lot of sheet rock dust from building house that was clogging up the furnace. This caused the furnace to run longer and use a lot more electricity. Was changing furnace filter every two - three weeks. Very pleased with the result. Woke up this morning to clean, non dusty air. Great service for a very good price. Thank you so much TNT.

I couldn't be happier with Trent and TNT Cleaning Company! I am a clean freak and when we got a new puppy, I could smell urine but couldn't find it anywhere with our dark carpet. Trent came over with his black light, found the spots, and treated all of them! The carpets look and smell fantastic!!! (Yes, I put my nose right down on the spots to make sure). Trent was efficient, professional, reasonably priced and very knowledgable. I highly recommend TNT Cleaning Company for all your floor care needs!

TNT Cleaning Company did a fantastic air duct cleaning job for us! These guys were very thorough and super professional. I had them clean to entirely separate systems in my building and their attention to detail was so impressive; I called their boss to let him know how the project was coming along! I want to give a special shout out to Dan Allen and Eric Guthrie for their hard word and dedication to their craft! You just don't see that work ethic every day! We had Ryan come and clean our carpets! Not only did he explain what he'd be doing but also was able to remove stains that I thought would be there forever! Having a infant and dogs makes it hard to keep the carpets clean on my own so his care for my general concern was very appreciated. He was fast, friendly and efficient. I will recommending him to everyone I know! I said it a hundred times but thanks again for the amazing service!!!!

We called Trent to come clean our rental townhouse after the carpet got trashed. Dan came over and two hours later we had pristine, clean carpet that looked and smelled like new. Dan even took it upon himself to clean a room that we for sure thought couldn’t be cleaned. Dan got all the stains out and saved us over $500 by not having to replace carpet in that room. Outstanding service by Dan and Trent runs a top notch business. We won’t be using anyone else but TNT.

I was super happy with the cleaning job, that TNT did. I had Ryan come out, and he cleaned my upstairs and downstairs living room carpets. Plus the stairs and the stairs looked horrible, I have piano students that walk straight in my house everyday and walk straight down the stairs, so the stairs are always a disaster. The carpet on the stairs looks brand new again. I am very pleased.
They showed up on time and got done in a timely manner. Everything was super professional and easy.

TNT did a fantastic job cleaning our Town Hall carpet and chairs. They got out stains I didn't think would ever come out. We have used them twice now and will continue to do so in the future. They have also cleaned carpet in my home and I will always call them. I love TJ and Dan.
