I’ve had the privilege of working with Jordan and Glen on some of the maintenance for the property for several months now. I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism of the office staff, as well as the urgency and care with which management has handled various maintenance requests throughout the complex. There’s no doubt in my mind that the tenants of this complex are always top priority.

I love Avida Apartments! The community is so beautiful and I’m very happy to live here. Tiare is SO nice and helpful and will answer any questions you have!! And Jordan the office manager is SO incredible to work with and truly cares about this community!

Living a Avida has been amazing. I had a maintenance request and they came out and fixed it that day. The entire staff from the office girls to the maintenance team are so awesome.

We just moved into our new apartment and we’ve been very happy with it so far. Our neighbors are very kind and quiet too. We are so happy we get to paint the walls of our apartment as well.

Great place to live, parking could be better but it has improved over the years. Close to downtown and the freeway which helps with commuting to and from work.

Avida has a caring staff with a great maintenance team, finding both in apartment living is hard to find.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful! I was met with smiles and all of my questions were answered easily by them. Applying was very easy and convenient.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. When they were called lions gate at one point. When I first moved in to lions gate they gave me such a headache (not going into details). When avida took over my worries were over! The staff have been incredible to my needs. They have been working extremely hard to make this community better and have been fantastic to work with! The apartments size and the features are wonderful! My neighbors are amazing and keep to themselves. Very quite and clean! I love my apartment it feels like home!

I love this place. I moved in this summer, and I have never been happier. The apartments are new, modern, spacious. The location is incredible, it is right by TRAX and by the highway where you can easily jump on. The pool/hot tub is great and fun for a hot day. The work out room is very nice for apartments and has a lot of options. The Academy that is included when you move in is high quality. They have personalized classes and group classes throughout the day. The people who run the Academy are nice, helpful and very good at their job. The management staff are awesome. Very nice and very understanding, they want you to make this your home, not just some place you live. If there is a problem, they fix it right way. They are always friendly and try to make a fun community.
The parking (now) is great. At first when I moved in, it was crazy and very difficult. The management communicated the issue very well and showed a game plan during the transition period. Since July 1, they have fixed the parking problem, and I couldn't in vision a better system they put in place. Again, it was a problem that was temporary, and it was fixed in a decently timely fashion. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quality place with great people. I looked at a lot of different places, but I couldn't find better quality than Lion's Gate. The rent price is extremely reasonable with everything you get and is worth every cent. I wish I would have made this move earlier!!!

I have lived at Lionsgate for a year now, and I am baffled by complaints I see here about parking. I pay the $20 per month fee that they told me about ahead of time and no matter what time of day I come home I can park right next to my apartment. I was offered an option of onstreet parking, but I knew that was first come first served, no mystery there. They office staff is super upbeat and friendly, and maintenance request I have put in was filled the same day. I have been very happy living here and just renewed my lease today.

I lived here for 4 years. The apartments are nice and the building I lived in was quiet enough. Parking isn’t ideal, but I had a pass, so no issue for me. The maintenance staff was great and always on top of things. The office staff that is currently there is outstanding. Phillip was nothing but kind and helpful during my move-out.

The apartments are really cute. They have an open floor plan. The apartments are relatively new so the appliances are in excellent condition. When friends come to visit they say how they really like the apartment. The location is awesome. Lions Gate is close to I-15 and the Murray North Trax station is literally less than a minute walk away. The amenities are excellent. Love that there is a gym on the property and a personal trainer there teaching fitness classes. The pool is great for spring and summer and the hot tub is nice during the winter months. The management team has been terrific to work with. When there is an issue they ensure the issue is taken care of. The only compliant I have is the parking. My friends have to park at the Trax parking lot because there is no guest parking.

My wife and I have been at Lionsgate for nearly 2 years. The management staff is phenomenal and the maintenance staff is very quick to resolve any issues; every time we have called in regard to any problems they have always been resolved in well under 24 hours. The properties are well maintained, they have one of the best gyms of any apartment complex and they offer top of the line fitness classes on site. My wife and I will be staying here until we are prepared to purchase our own home.

I've lived here for seven months now and I am loving it still! Apartments are well maintained and clean! They are very spacious and beautiful. They are located very close to trax (which is great for my roommates) and parking is great (previous reviews tend to say otherwise!) I love the appliances in the house and having the gym on site. These really are great places to live! I would recommend to anyone!

This is the best place I’ve ever lived at because of Mari.
She has been so helpful since my time of being here. I have never received such wonderful customer service at any other apartment complex. She is a big asset to the Avida community, give her a raise!!!!!!!

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment from January to July, 2020. Avida was very flexible with the contract, since we needed a 6-month and not many places provided that. They also were running a lease signing bonus at that time.
The best part was the location; we are literally next to the train station and close to the highway. Getting to the SLC downtown center only took 12 minutes. I don't think you can beat that.
The price is quite reasonable and you get amenities like a pool and gym.
We ended up buying a house, which is why we moved. However, if we hadn’t done that, we most likely would have stayed longer.
