Picked up product that was ordered from there, it arrived a day earlier than expected. Professional and courteous upon ordering and pick-up, and they answered my questions and met all my requests (transferred data, etc). We have better experiences here than in the “phone store” so we will be back!

Went to see the Geeks, who fixed my computer's problem promptly. While I was there, I picked up a pair of earbuds, as my prior set had stopped working in one ear. They were a little more expensive than I'd expected, but that probably says more about my habit of buying cheap buds that fail quickly.

I will say there were a lot of gaps in the selection, like they were having supply issues. The ones I bought were the last of their kind available. But for all I know, the truck pulled in with a fresh load 2 minutes after I left.

Had a problem updating my phone, the guy working the Samsung station was incredibly nice. By far the best experience I've ever had at a best buy.

We've recently made two relatively major purchases from this store in the past week. The first was a sound bar/ surround sound set (Vizio) and the second was a 58" Samsung TV. They were bought out of order because we originally had a TV from next door that ended up being defected. Both instances at Best Buy gave us knowledgeable employees, as well as excellent assistance in loading said products into our car.

I had dropped my computer mouse too many times. They had exactly what I wanted. However, very few employees were in the store. The greeter knew where the my item was located. The gentleman on the floor pointed out a designer mouse for less than $15 that I bought. I didn't have to wait in a line to check out. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly!

My husband's phone seemed to have gone crazy! A voice kept saying things and the phone wouldn't respond, we shut it down and that didn't fix it. We thought we had to buy a new phone. We buy our phones at Best Buy so in we went, we were greeted by Geek Squad supervisor Brad who, in less than one minute, had it fixed. No charge. He showed us what happened. He accidentally turned on Accessibility for the Blind. Thanks Brad!

Bought an rx 6600 there quickly. The staff were quick and straight to the point. They were friendly and everything I've bought has been correct
