I love my skechers slip-ins I got them because I was having some surgeries on my shoulders. Maybe the best shoes I ever owned.

Got my work shoes that are from Bob"s by Sketchers. Best shoes with cutest them are perfect for veterinarian office where I volunteer 1 day a week. The buy one, get one half off sale plus my extra 15% coupon the sent me for being a perks member, made my $70 shoes only $29. Hubby and I both got new work shoes.

Service is always wonderful and Mark the manager is always friendly and helpful.

I ordered online for same day in-store pickup. The order was ready when I got there. I had made a mistake on the order, and the staff was really great about getting it fixed. I know it was a hassle for them, but they were very gracious about it!

It was interesting to say the least. I was accompanied by my son and his 3 year old son, who is a spit-fire, I assure you. They were there for winter boots for the child. I went for the ride. The child decided it was time for him to torment anyone he could, and refused to be fitted several times. He found the basketball goal in the child's section and we literally had to pry his hands off the frame holding the net while he screamed just because he could. My son was becoming frustrated. I was embarrassed and threatened to just leave them there. The young man who was trying to size the child's feet deserves an award. He just continued to do what he needed to in a calm and negotiating manner with the child, smiling the whole time I might add, until after a time, he succeeded in successfully convincing the boy to take off one of his shoes, stand in the measuring tool they use, find the correct size boot for his foot, fit him and complete the sale!! So, I have to say I was highly impressed with the kindness, understanding, and much long-suffering dealing with the behavior of the boy, to see us through the ordeal to our satisfaction. I'm SURE that poor man was in need of aspirin upon our departure. My ears were ringing. I'm sure that poor salesman had one whopper of a headache after our visit. So if excellent service is your demand, you WILL find it there!!!!

Went and got my daughter a pair of school shoes. Luckily, they had one pair left in her size. She was happy, so I was happy.

We recently went in to buy school shoes for our children. The store was very clean and organized. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Several staff members would ask if we needed help and informed us about sales going on. The younger male cashier was very friendly. I will definitely do business here again. Its nice going to a store where the people are nice and the store is clean.

While this location is not as big as the one in Evansville it still has a nice variety of men's and women's shoes. The store is always clean and the displays are always stacked well to find the right size you need for the one on display. The staff are helpful and willing to do what it takes for you to get the shoes you want in your size if they don't have it on hand.

For me, I like to take my time in shoe selection. I know others need assistance, and it's available by the kind employees, but I'm a loner selecting shoes. They always have a nice selection of brands and price ranges to suite your needs. I found a great pair of Saucony running/walkers that are like walking on a cloud! Only thing is, I wish they had a greater selection of men's dress shoes. But, if you need a quick experience, Shoe Carnival is the place. Oh, and they have GREAT sales onost selections. We've used them for years and never gotten bad service or had to return anything. As for MY experiences, I'd say it's highly recommended.
