First time visiting this dealership. I am very impressed by both John and Alex's professionalism. I was greated and offered to check out any vehicle I wished. There was no issues with fully inspecting the vehicle. All the vehicles online were on the lot. Further more, I was impressed with the quality of the vehicles they have to offer. The Ford Taurus I bought runs smooth, is comfortable and for being a 2013, is in great condition.

The kid Ryan was great help. I was waiting on the older manager, Ivan, that was frustrating and he even went out to smoke while I waited on him. The kid helped out a lot and was courteous and professional, Ivan even left early and drove off as I was still finalizing my vehicle. Very unprofessional. The kid saved them from getting a bad review and 1 star.

I went to midway Nissan and they gave me a car and took.it away after 2 weeks..and then made me walk home to mesa from bell rd and i17. I had no problems with auto action and they even offered me a ride to and from the office when I had no ride but today.
