The usual place I go for printing was closed so I tried the printing services here and the service and price was fabulous. Donna walked me through how to email and each file I was needing printed to make sure it all was what I needed. She was amazing and I will go back for sure.

Got great deal on paper towels and toilet paper. I know what you're thinking , who would buy that at an office supply store. Also got batteries that will end up being free once I get my rewards points.

Great customer service from Hijah! Clean store. Good selection. One of the items I needed was on sale.

This is my first experience at OfficeMax and it was fantastic Teresa was awesome they didn't have everything I wanted but they had what I initially came for what else can I say. Except that I literally came back later to buy something else just to see Teresa she was so brilliant, I'd like to add that her hair was beautiful.

I had a time constraint to accomplish a copying project for an upcoming event that very day.
Associate-Jaxon explained the normal procedure should have been scheduled prior to be completed that day but took the necessary time to help with the custom copying while I handled the normal copying needed on the customer copier.
Kudos to her for making the project happen with the desired results!

While entering store Pattiann smiled and asked if she could help and quickly pointed me to right direction. She quickly rang me up and I was on my way. Always pleased with great service!

Please give Matthew a raise! I came in to get some stuff printed and he was so jolly and just full of energy. I loved it. He was also so polite. We need more people like him in customer service.

They had what I needed. Misty was a wonderful employee for OM and deserves a raise. She helped my solve a very difficult problem within a serious time crunch. Give he a raise.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a white board for WFH and they directed me right to it. I also found a few other helpful items. The checkout line was short & quick. Store was organized and well kept.

The staff was all extremely friendly. I was greeted at the door which was, of course, a nice welcome. As I was shopping, one of the associates saw me carrying a lot of items in my arms and offered to grab me a basket, which I accepted. She was very kind to hold the basket while I placed my things in, then asked if I needed anything else.
When I got to the register, the cashier was very kind, wore a smile and was engaged in the brief interaction.
This is honestly the best customer service I've received from anywhere in a long time. I'm very pleased with the experience. 10 out of 10! Amazing job :)

Needed to get Christmas notes run off. The gals at the counter were very helpful and friendly. I also purchased some items from the bins that were on display that I had not planned to purchase but that were at a good price.
