McDonald's

Their seating was closed, but the order (just a iced latte) was as fast as expected. It was ordered ahead and picked up inside. Employees were friendly and it was clean.

I had used GrubHub to get breakfast. I was very pleased. My order was correct, food was hot and fresh, and my delivery was early.

Drive thru was busy3-6 car wait. Associates handled the line efficiently. The happy meal didn't have a toy so, my granddaughter was disappointed when we arrived at home. The Coca colas I purchased were well carbonated and refreshing!! Keep up the good work North Oaks McDonald's in St Louis, Lucas Hunt/ Natural Bridge!

Very efficient drive thru for my lunch.

I would like to complement the staff who was on duty midnight, January 4, 2023. There was a line of cars. We were trapped in the middle, but the person who was handling taking orders fixing orders, talking to us being polite, no matter how many people blew their horn. This person never lost their cool. They were polite no matter the circumstances. Thank you McDonalds for having kind and considerate people we had just picked our granddaughter up from the airport. Of course she was starving. So we waited in line, but it was worthwhile because of that persons attitude.

This place was really busy, had a lil hard time ordering but I'm not complaining those guys work hard, I've worked fast food before. Got my order in for was good, customer service was good. 👍

I went here because I really had to use the ladies room. To my surprise, it was really clean. The floors were clean, there wasn't ant tissue in or around the toilets, no water, paper towels or soap laying all on the sink. However, those items were there for you to use. I felt very comfortable. Thank you!!!!

My breakfast burrito was skeet(very little filling ) a size smaller with lots of tortilla dough. Not please with quality of main dish but okay McDonalds 😔

Service was great floors need to be mopped and cleaned better

This place is always is always clean when I go inside and the employees are fast and friendly.

The food was cooked perfectly.The cooks make all this happen and deserve much more credit than they get.The double quarter pounder and cheese burgers were absolutely perfect.I was impressed with the whole operation.Everyone was pleasant,smart,and quick about their particular job.

Today's experience was very satisfied they had my food out just a couple seconds I was very surprised. I will go back for breakfast again

Ordered well done fries and a cone, both were PERFECT 🥰!! Even the second time around on the fries, cause the entire order fell outta the bag!🥴, the bag fell off the seat in the car🙄

This is a worst service I have had McDonald's I did an app order. My grandson's went inside to get my order they said they had to go through the drive-thru nobody was at the first window the second window they said to go wait at the third window at 11 cars went past me while I was waiting for my food and they all ordered after me my grandson had to go back in they screwed up the order but I didn't realize until I got home and then he did

Slow during rush but overall love that it’s close

My favorite breakfast almost every morning, mmmmmm Chicken Mc Griddle and a small coffee with 3 creams mmmm!!!

It's ok line slow it be 20 mins n drive thru b4 your order taking

This particular location has had wonderful customer service and accuracy of orders since I began going there. So I recommend THIS location in North Oaks plaza.

5 start because the gentleman was taking the orders at the drive-thru window, cooked, the meal then gave us our meal. Only one wrking. Cootos sir. You rock!!!

I ENJOYED MY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT MCDONALD'S . THE ASSOCIATE GREETED ME WARMLY, ABD TOOK MY ORDER QUICKLY. THE ASSOCIATES GAVE ME A FOND FAREWELL AFTER SHE GAVE ME THE FOOD I ORDERED.
