Hamilton County Domestic Relations

The building is easy to get to and comfortable to get around. Be forewarned, the receptionist who sits on the 2nd floor for the domestic relations hallway has a chip on her shoulder. She is rude, condescending and full of attitude. Otherwise, everything else about the 2nd floor and building itself was great.

Thankful for this place

I have been navigating Custody and divorce through this court since I was seventeen years old, I am now thirty. I have felt repeatedly discriminated against as a Medical Cannabis patient and consumer, often feelings as if the burden of explaining the laws falls on me - a disabled patient and struggling mother overcoming poverty and trauma. I was recently labeled an addict by a licensed individual within this court without any formal review of my
Medical history or evaluation administered; this created a moral injury and felt extremely harmful to my recovery. I do not feel safe when I enter this building.

We have been in this court for four almost years for stupid divorce and these scammers lawyers and judges and staffs you can't trust them no more they play with your life big time The worst staff ever you can't trust a judge in there you can't trust nobody shame on them big time do not trust any lawyer do not they keep making a lot of deals on your back against you while are you paying them money this is ridiculous do not trust magistrate Tiffany Evans do not trust judge cersei do not trust carry Wade this is a gal they all work together they know each other if you have a case please send me a message and I will help you but all these people crooked only trust Magistrate demona Evans she is the best and she's in for oath trust her only only

Dose anyone know what 1st amendment retaliation is? This is what happened to me with Hamilton county domestic relations court.

After my divorce I had found the Judges Facebook page. This was not a personal Facebook page. This was an elected officials page it had the domestic relations court address and phone number listed.

On this page I was allowed to write a recommendation. That is exactly what I did. It was the only recommendation on this page. It was definitely a negative recommendation

Months later I was forced backed to family court. Lies were created about my behavior. An attempt to make me look like a bad father.

Months before my trial I found out two things. The first is that what I was experiencing is called parental alienation syndrome. The second thing was the Facebook recommendation I made was now gone. Deleted by this judge. Erasing my 1st amendment right.

The trial came. This judge had taken the Facebook comment personal and retaliated against me for it. She dismissed my motions as they were a waste of time. She would not allow some of my evidence to be submitted. Every act of parental alienation I showed in that court room was ignored. In just a few hours after the trial this judge took away my parental rights. Took away parenting time with my child. The order itself did not contain anything related to parental alienation

This Judge could have simply dismissed herself. She has before. I am hoping that the Judge sees this review. You allowed the ongoing acts of parental alienation because you didn’t like the truth. This judge violated my first amendment rights and then retaliated.

For me this dose not end here. I’m going to share my story with the press. Show them the Facebook recommendation she tried to hide. Show them how you ignored a father trying to protect his child.

This judge owes me an apology. I also recommend she turn herself into the bar

The magistrates do not care about individuals and how their decisions effect families. This is a job and routine to them.

Beautiful building but I hate this place. The judges are rude and biased.

This court system is a joke.
