Great self-help service center. The folks on staff in the adjacent offices were helpful in obtaining relevant forms. Convenient parking close-by, great entertainment by the dirty hobos and panhandlers on local streets outside, and the hot dog stands outside the courthouse can't be beat. What's not to like?

A Judge took away my parental rights. I found that the following information online.

A judge shall disqualify himself or herself in a proceeding in which the judge's impartiality might reasonably be questioned

Judge has a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party, or PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF DISPUTED EVIDENTIARY FACTS.

My defense was parental alienation, and all of my evidentiary facts were to prove that was happening. This judge took away my parental rights. This judge took what mattered most to me. This judge allowed the alienation to not only continue but to get worse. I found documentation online where this same judge dismissed herself from another case because of her beliefs on parental alienation. I would say that the judge's impartiality has to be questioned.

Hamilton County Clerk of Courts could do better with their clerk staff. Talking to them on the phone on multiple occasions, I was always given the run around or misinformed by people that often lacked the professionalism of a clerk. Very rarely did they answer the phone with courtesy or resolve my questions without feeling irritated. Most of the time when talking to them, it felt like I was interrupting them, making me feel like my questions were not their priority.
