Country Lake Apartments

I have lived here in this community for 6 years and it has been good. The office people are very good and especially Sergio the maintenance guy, very respectful and very good at his job. Always very helpful and doing a very good job.Thank you Sergio for always helping and doing good work

In the past 6 years of living here I continue to love the environment of Country Lake Apts. The office staff is outstanding ... Brianna, Mr Moreno & Elidio are always pleasant, helpful & efficient. Sergio Murillo is without doubt the best maintenance person to be found ... he cares about the residents & goes out of his way to make repairs quickly & expertly. I can highly recommend Country Lake Apts .

The Country Lake team is wonderful, Kendall is always ready to respond to requests, Brianna is very friendly and manages everything and Alirio always helps us with our problems, thank you very much.

So my sister lives here. The staff is great, I like how fast an efficient the maintenance staff is to take care of needs of the apartment. I believe Sergio helped fix a dripping shower issue. My sister talks about the rent and its not bad for what the market is in the area. The leasing staff is very knowledgable and Alerio is helpful on answering questions. Overall Country lake is great safe place for family.

First impressions matter with apartment hunting and Alirio was phenomenal. I've never had a better experience touring an apartment than I had with him. He is considerate, thorough, and attentive to questions and concerns. Apartments are nice and in a good location.

I have been at this community over a year and I love it. Bre at the management office is amazing; straight forward, efficient & just so willing to help! My apt is spacious & the community is very kid & pet friendly.

Our friends live her, love the dog park, ducks, and park. Love that they are fenced in. Wish there was more parking, but only so much can be done about that. Affordable as well.

UPDATE: March 2023

We moved in last August. Management has always treated us with respect. I like the fenced in dog park and the fenced in play ground. Looking forward to when the pool opens. On site gym is amazing. I don’t worry about packages being stolen here. We are planning on renewing our contract.

Me and my family have lived here for almost 2 years and we love it.The staff in the office especially Breanna she is so helpful and has made us feel so welcome and right at home.I am also impressed with the maintenance.Rock star Ray has gone above and beyond for us with any repairs or problems we have had.Thank you Country Lake.❤

Country lake is the place to live!!!! We have lived here for almost 2 years and have absolutely loved it! The amount of space that we have in our unit is immaculate. We have never had any problems with anything in our apartment which has been so comforting. Along with the amount of space, we love having our own washer and dryer and our own parking space!Its so nice that we dont have to leave our apartment area to do laundry and that our parking is nearby. Whenever we do come across any issues within our apartment, which are always minimal, maintenance is always such a great help and we never have to wait long for it to be resolved. They are also super friendly everytime. We also really enjoy the pool and gym area. It is always super clean and organized. Management has also been incredible! Which is such a plus! They always answer and resolve any concerns in such a timely manner and we never had to worry about anything since we have been here. They are always looking out for everyone. We love having such a friendly management! The last thing we really love is the new renovated dog park! Our dogs love how much space they have to run and we always feel safe in there when they get to play in a fenced area with other pups. Both my husband and I recommend living here!!

I have lived here for 3 years and really like it. The office staff do a great job and make me feel like a valued and appreciated tenant. Jorge, Michelle and Brianna make a great team and really want this to be a great place to live. Michelle and my case manager coordinated really well and that gave me the chance to get back on my feet after a cancer diagnosis. I really appreciate them a lot!

So far it has been great here. Michelle was awesome at helping us get in. The community is beautiful and I love all the plant life. And I really love that some of the landscaping is more of an alternative lawn like clover and other soft green weeds that are better for the environment.

I just moved out of these apartments. The staff was so great and helpful to me when I was going through a difficult time. They have been so flexible and easy to work with.

My apartment was big and had nice flooring (So much easier to clean than carpet!)
Whenever I had a problem maintenance would come out same or next day. Everyone here is so
friendly and they always had dog treats for my dog when we visited the office. I can't think of one unpleasant experience in the almost year I was here. Even in the hectic change of management, the new office people were so professional and willing to help. When my friends are looking for apartments I always refer them to Country Lake. The only complaint I have was the gate sometimes would not shut at night like it was supposed to which would take a few days for it to be fixed.

Upgrading my review to five stars because we’ve lived here over almost a year now and have been having a great experience.

Beautiful landscaping, duck pond with baby ducks everywhere in the spring, grassy dog park, beautiful gym, fair rental cost, close proximity to downtown, nice management, fun activities hosted by the office (like Bingo), our neighbors are great, overall just very pleased. Only con is the finishes are a tad outdated, but that helps keep the costs reasonable so I’m very okay with it. I would recommend this complex for sure!

Sergio has always been a very professional maintenence employee, very nice and knowledgeable.

I lived here a couple of years ago. I could not say anything but good things about this complex. Every time I think about living in an apartment, it brings me back to Country lake!
People on the reviews are so dramatic. Everybody forgets that it is a business as well. For someone who works in a HIGHER management company and has to deal with 522 units, I think country lake does a kick ass job! The grounds are good and the apartments are huge. The parking was never a problem. The pond was a cool idea and the pool was spectacular. They even have a little bark park for your furry friends!! Great job country lake. I will keep recommending tenants towards you :)
